Great (& mostly flat!) way to see the river and learn about Porto's history. Come and enjoy the ride!

Our guide Felipe made sure we were comfortable and safe before doing our tour. He was enthusiastic and full of great knowledge. He paced our speed perfectly. The sights along the river looked like paintings. I love seeing the old forts with cannons still pointing out. Felipe brought us through the different parts of the park filling us in on all sorts of history and details. It’s was clear that Felipe is proud of and loves his city and wanted us to love it too. This was money we’ll spend and we would do it again.

Our tour guide, Helio, was SO funny and knowledgeable on Porto. The bike ride itself went throughout beautiful and safe terrain along the coast. My mom and I had a very good first day in Porto because of Helio’s hospitality and wittiness.

We had a really nice bike ride with Helio. The scenery was lovely and Helio explained really interesting things along the way. The ride was mostly on lanes without cars and mostly flat and the bikes were comfortable. Would recommend this ride to see lovely scenes away from the main tourist areas.

Nice ride....could use some improvements

The bikes were comfortable, the route was nice and the tour leader was friendly enough. However she didn’t know much about the history of Porto (such the age of the forts, the background of the park, etc). On past bike tours we have booked through Viator, the tour leader was very concerned about rider safety., ie making sure everyone got across the intersections safely. This leader didn’t help with crossing busy streets as others have done. One of our riders fell. She didn’t realize for several minutes (kept riding ahead) nor did she come back to check on the rider or the rest of the group that stayed with him as he recovered.

An excellent all-around cycling tour! The bikes are top-notch and the tour guide was excellent! The route takes you along the river from the historic center of Porto to the Ocean and then through the biggest city park with a return via Gaia and the Port cellars! Highly recommended!
