Lovely cycle.up the Duoro then the coast to city park, so nice to be in nature in the city. The bike was in good condition, qn easy rode with gears and well prepared for me.

Hatte das Fahrrad online gebucht. Vor Ort musste ich ewig warten weil nur eine Person da war. Diese war mit ein paar anderen Kunde beschäftigt. Zum Beispiel mit Rad aufpumpen. Nachdem ich über eine halbe Stunde gewartet habe bin ich gegangen ohne das Fahrrad abzuholen. Die Fahrräder waren insgesamt in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Schutzblech und Gepäckträger habe fast überall gefehlt. Viele Bremsen ließen sich bis zum Griff durchziehen ohne Bremswirkung. Bin zu einem anderen Verleih gegangen.

Thank you for the evaluation. Concerning the half an hour delay, you must realize that you are not the only customer, and that, sometimes, there are busier hours during the day, and some other ones less busy. We try to be as fast as we can, without compromising the quality of the customer attention. If you were in the oposite role, I think that you would apreciate that we didnt rush you....... About the mudguards and luggage racks, some of the models we have on our fleet dont have them since we bought them from the factory, so its normal that they are missing....... However, we have some models with that equipment that you could choose from. Finally, regarding the brakes, etc, we have around 70 bicycles on our fleet. I am sure that we could have given you a bicycle in a condition you would aprove, and, if not, we could give you a refund, if you asked for it. Best regards

Quand il y a de la chaîne y a pas de plaisir

Vélo datant des années 80, du moins l'entretien...Le bruit de la chaîne couvrait les bruits ambiants tels les chants d'oiseaux, des cormorans et autres rugissement de vagues. Dommage mais la balade de la journée était superbe . Je veux bien mettre 3 euros de plus pour un vélo qui ne se plaint pas quand on presse ses pédales..

Bonjour et merci pour le commentaire. Les vélos que nous avons dans la flotte ont au maximum 3 ans. Nous sommes désolés que le vélo n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous avons d'autres modèles disponibles dans la flotte, donc je suggère que, la prochaine fois que vous nous rendez visite, si le vélo ne vous convient pas, demandez un changement pour un autre vélo (du même modèle ou d'un modèle différent). Quoi qu'il en soit, nous sommes ravis de savoir que vous avez apprécié la balade!. Cordialement.

Le vélo à Port c'est beau mais louez à la boutique directement !

Réservation en ligne à la fois simple et compliquée: un seul vélo à la fois, pas de choix de la durée et surtout une communication erronée: il est annoncé une location 24h/24 ce qui est simplement faux: les vélos sont à prendre et à rendre aux heures d'ouverture et ça change tout Vélos corrects sans plus
