We loved having the personal tour guide. He stopped so we could take pictures various locations and answered questions we had about things that were not on the tour. He gave us great advice for Portuguese food to try and we did and we were happy.

Mariana our guide and driver was patient, explained facts well, and shared her own life experiences. It was fun getting to know both Porto and Mariana. The car was comfortable and a pleasant experience.

I lucked out today having two tour guides for the price of one with João and Elisa! Their knowledge and love for the city of Porto is amazing. The way they were able to navigate the city safely was great! Great recommendations for me after the tour as well. If you only have one day or two in Porto, they are highly recommended! Porto’s Historical Tour with João!

There was a little confusion the day of our tour. When booking, it said we could be picked up at our hotel. I received an email late in the evening the night before stating that the company could not pick us up at our hotel because of the distance, of course I didn’t see this email until the schedule time of our tour. Our driver contacted us, and we explained what happened. My sister & I were able to get an Uber & meet our driver, João, who patiently waited for us until we arrived. The tour itself was very pleasant, a little bit bumpy at times, but that’s expected due to the roads and the antique car we rode in. João, our young driver was very nice, pleasant conversations and we enjoyed his historical knowledge of Porto. He was made few stops along the tour so we can get out and take photos. After the tour, on his suggestion, my sister and I were able to experience & enjoy Porto’s famous sandwich - the FRANCESINHA. Thank you João!

Our guide was lovely and drove with great care. There are many road closures in Porto at the moment which affected our route. The traffic was also quite bad in the historic centre.

Viktor was a nice guide but I don’t think we got to see all of the stops we were supposed to including the Passeio Allegra Garden, Castle of the Cheese and Miradouro da Vitoria.

Driver never showed up. After waiting an hour and a lot of texting the company they sent a wonderful young driver . This was our last night in Porto had to change our schedule to accommodate this company. They have promised a refund but they promised a driver at 4 o’clock, we will see

This must be coordinated with the company providing the service. We were only contacted by Viator asking about the time and they mentioned that we would only have availability at 4pm. Our company complied with the stipulations and we never talked about refunds, as the service had been provided.
