Great 3 hours with pick up from the port gate.Our driver / guide (Comcalo) was fab - took us off the beaten path where cars and buses couldn’t go. Exciting and new!

Our guide, Fabio, was great. However, we reserved and paid for a “private” tour, but we had to share our tuk tuk with another couple. We were told that the company had overbooked.

No communication. Will not confirm your pick up time. Terribly disorganized. You will waste time and money. Book a different tour in Porto.

A wonderful ride with Anna who gave spirited narrative and showed us the highlights and allowed just the right amount of time to look around. She knew her city well and enjoyed showing it to us. She gave a great recomendation for lunch and a picture of the local sandwich to order and provided us with the time it would take to walk back to port. We brought back great reviews of this tour to fellow cruisers. So much fun and a great memory of Porto.

This was a good way to see Porto but our guide wasn't very enthusiastic which was a shame. Not many stops and no opportunity for shopping

It was a good thing we booked this in advance, since there were no options at the cruise port - the tuktuks were inside the city proper.
Our guide, Goncalo, was there on time and was very professional. However, only the highlights were discussed on the trip, not every site - so read in advance.
As for the glass of wine it was delicious! However, it was not a stopover at a bar, but was from a bottle of Port he had with him poured in a small paper tasting cup. We had it while we were at a lookout point.

Awesome experience and super easy pickup at the ship's port, since cruise ship port IS NOT IN PORTO! Beautiful & picturesque drive into town before the first stop. She gave us options to pick stops we might want too. Ana, our guide, undersold the church interiors and never made us feel rushed or behind any schedule. She even dropped us off in town at the end with restaurant suggestions since we booked the bookstore tickets for later. Truly a perfect introduction to Porto.... Along with a stop on the Gaia side and a taste of Port wine. Maybe I should have asked where to buy Port wine!!

Amazing tour of Porto! Victor showed us his city and shared its history and culture from his tuk tuk. We were able to go places no tour bus could ever go and explored all the sights and sounds of Porto. Excellent excursion- not to be missed!!

We had a 3 1/2 hr tour with Ana. She was a wonderful guide and person. Picked us up at the cruise terminal and was on time. Communicated with us the night before when our docking was moved to another terminal. Our first Tuk Tuk tour ever and would do it again in a heartbeat. We went where buses/vans couldn’t go. She stopped at many places and told us directly where to go and what to see/experience. She has an in-depth knowledge of Porto and its history. You can’t go wrong with Ana as your guide.

The tour was very good and our guide Gabriella was delightful. It is correct that the advertisement stated the pick up in port would be 1 hour after the ship docked. We have done very many private tours and always the provider has agreed to a pick up time that suits us. This supplier did not respond at all to my 2 emails requesting a later pick up time ,even though I confirmed we were due to leave within days and I needed to know that our requested pick up time was agreed. Still ,I did not receive a reply. This was our last port of call after a 6 week trip. The provider had that 6 weeks to reply but did not. It was only after the payment had gone through that the provider replied and despite my renewed request, the provider would not change the pick up time. I would have cancelled the booking before the payment went through, had the provider confirmed the pick up time would not be changed on this private tour. Clearly I was naive to fail to cancel the trip when the provider failed to respond to my emails and to believe that because all other providers of private tours have agreed a pick up time that suits us, that this provider would do so as well. Reasons not to change the time were advanced but proved to be not applicable to our trip. My issue is that the provider did not respond at all to 2 emails, waited until the payment had been taken and only then confirmed that our request to change the pick up time would not be accommodated.

We got into Porto late and it was a mess getting off our ship, but there was Gabby our guide waiting for us at the cruise terminal. We had been in contact, but she waited two hours for us!! Once we finally started the tour Gabby took us to so many interesting places. She is fun, personable and knowledgeable. We had a great time after a very rough start and she turned into a great time. This is a great way to see the city in a short period of time! Our guide, Fabio, was on time picking us up at the port and was very friendly and informative. It was nice not having to walk up all those steep hills, plus it was small enough that we could enter many places that cars cannot. These tuk tuks are really built for 2, so if you have more people I'd suggest getting something bigger. Note: The cobblestone roads can get pretty bumpy, so this may not be a great option for those with back issues. Overall, this was a lot of fun, and we were so happy we did it!

If you have limited time to get a feel for a city, look no further! We zipped around Porto’ narrow, winding and hilly streets like a breeze, we are sure glad we didn’t have to walk them! We stopped at viewpoints and several places of interest and got an insight into the history of this beautiful city.
Only thing to note is the location pin point shows the wrong pick up location, the pick up location is just outside of the terminal.

We had difficulty reaching the operator about a meeting time. Both Viator and I left numerous messages, requesting a meeting time and detailed instructions for a meeting place. We were on a cruise and would have preferred to get this resolved before leaving home. Finally the night before the tour, we received an email with all of the details we required.
So glad we did because our guide and driver, Fabio, was excellent. We had the perfect overview of Porto. One note of caution, if you want to go into the famous bookstore, you must buy a skip the line ticket online. The regular ticket lines are huge and there isn't enough time on this tour. We didn't get to go inside, but it truly didn't matter. The outside and crazy lines were fascinating in themselves. We had a few delightful surprises like the train station and sardine palace.

Our driver was 30 mins late & could not put the top up on the tuk tuk. But he took us high above Porto for amazing views. We saw way more in the 3-hour tour than we could have ever seen walking because the city is very hilly!

Fabio our guide was so attentive, the stops were perfect. I think we got to see a lot of the city. The train station was spectacular and Fabio did a great explanation about it. He took us to a beautiful indoor market and gave me time to shop. The sardine factory stood was so unusual.the taste of port wine high on a hill was a perfect end.
