We took a tour of the city and my wife and I book. Our tour guide was 10 minutes late. We didn’t know the tour would be spoken in two Language ,in French and English. So he would explain things in one language to half the group and then explain in English the same thing. It is very time consuming our tour guide seemed disinterested at times, and he spoke very quietly, was very hard to understand. We didn’t get much detail about the city and afterwords when I looked at the itinerary, there was a few places we didn’t even go to . For lunch, I believe he took us to one of his friends restaurant and we couldn’t order anything we wanted. We had a pre-order only three specific items. The advertisement on this trip was lunch included, which made you think that lunch was paid for but it wasn’t included. Very misleading.We thenwent on a very crowded boat tour, by the time our guide showed up there , most of it wassold out so we couldn’t sit outside in the fresh air. Very disappointing, I definitely would not do the store again, and I would not recommend it to visitors.

Terrific tour of Porto!

Our tour guide, Daniela, and our bus driver, Sheila, were excellent! Daniela is so knowledgeable about the history of Porto and Sheila is a pro at driving in tight situations. They did an excellent job. I really appreciated the narration throughout the day. The tour at the World of Wine was interesting, the river boat cruise was fun, lunch was good, and the drive out to the Foz district was awesome. I'd highly recommend this tour and really had a good time.

This tour was ok. I expected more of a walking tour instead it was more by car and with traffic we lost time. They mixed Spanish and English visitors so everything was explained twice losing more time. Explainee too much history in the train station lising our group of 5 attention. Guide was ok.

Great and experienced conductor, tried to tell the history of the city and the various places we were in. However there was a misunderstanding: I was convicted that this was a full-day tour, and that was the reason why lunch was included!!!

The tour was amazing 5 star- we booked it along with the lunch zero star. The restaurant staff were far from happy to see us, we were passed between 3 employees before getting a seat. We sat for 3 hours waiting on food that wasnt worth the wait. Main issue was the staff- horrible people!

Notre guide Daniel a été fantastique, suite à l'annulation d'une personne nous l'avons eu rien que pour nous!!! Il nous a fait découvrir Porto sous tous les angles et surtout avec passion. Le déjeuner chez Lapin est correcte mais sans plus, c'est l'élément que je changerais.
