Miguel and Andrea were very professional and fun. They made sure everyone on the trip was so comfortable and ask were knowledgeable about the area. We had a blast!

Total waste of money and Time!!! 👎

Not worth it the write up Of the excursion is not reflective of what the experience is… beginners activity… not for teen boys (15&18) even they state it’s for the “bold” and there “cliff jumping” and water slides… the kids need non of this… the jumping was 5 feet the “repelling down the “cliff” was a joke short ropes etc… the angles of the advertising pics is strategic and misleading ! My boys asked to go higher the guide say no no no too dangerous… at the end he climbed up and jumped as he was “hot” totally ridiculous activity!! Picked up at 830 am… 1 hour drive to location… then get fitted etc… do a bit of the “adventure “ then a two hour lunch at local restaurant and turn in your gear and drive back to Porto… gone for about 6-7 hours and very little “activity”… do not do this trip if your adventurous or over 13… total waste of time!!

Dear Mr. Robert Stanton from NATTIQ Inc,  - Thank you for sharing your information, which has received our best attention. We regret that the activity did not meet the expectation of the participants. - We carry out all our activities with rigor and always complying with the safety standards legally required by the local authorities, and we do not allow any participant to BEHAVE in a way that puts their own physical integrity in RISK, or of the other participants and monitors.  The 2 young boys that you mention, wanted to do a Somersault into the water, without the minimum level of safety for the effect. - Our guides, didn’t authorize it. On site, they were explained why they could not. We prioritize safety over risking people's lives just for fun. We'd rather young people go home sulking, then having an accident. But at a certain point in the canyoning, it was possible and safe for them to make the jumps they wanted. In order to compensate, we gave them more time to do it more than once. - Our advertisement mentions "SMALL & EASY" and "NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED" which implies a BASIC LEVEL; in no case does it mention "extreme", and as we do not know the level of experience that participants may have in relation to Canyoning, so the level is always basic. Also mentions the DURATION of the Canyoning – 3h. We suggest you to read all the information before booking or even before a review with no fundamentals. - In case of any doubt, you could ask us, what didn’t append. - At your disposal for further clarifications.
