Great option to stop for a guided Pompeii tour if traveling with luggage between Naples and the Amalfi Coast

Nicola was a great driver and very helpful with managing luggage, stops, water and even asking us if we wanted to stop for scenic pictures. The van option was a Mercedes with three rows of seats and more than comfortable for a family of four with large luggage for an extended stay. The van could have tightly fit seven if using the middle seats and I believe there are larger options for bigger groups. The drive from Naples to the Amalfi Coast and the roads of the Coast are mostly narrow, winding, and not for the inexperienced or for those with any intention to take in the stunning views. If you do not want to rent a car for a stop in Pompeii before the Amalfi Coast (or in the opposite direction from the coast back to Naples) this is a great option, particularly if you are taking a 2 or 3 hour tour of Pompeii (I think the default is 2 hours so if necessary ask for the 3 hour stop after you book — there is a reasonable up-charge to do so). It is more expensive than a regular transfer without stopping at Pompeii., but being able to have someone manage and watch your luggage at Pompeii in a temp controlled environment (especially if traveling with wine) was worth the fair price given how expensive a regular taxi between Naples and the Coast area is. Very pleased that we did this and the execution by the travel company was flawless.
