There were no problems at all with my driver. He was very professional, yet personable. However, I did not appreciate the way that Viator upcharged me because I was solo. By the time that I reached the total cost, the amount of excursion doubled in price. What started out as a $59.00 excursion became $118.00. That's not fair.
