Travel to the Palace of Versailles in a comfortable tour vehicle, then embark on a tour with your guide and a group of 16 people or fewer (or just with your guide, if you've selected the private option). Walk through the palace and learn its history, including the fact that it was home to three of France’s most illustrious kings for over 100 years. Follow your guide through the Royal Chapel, the State Apartments, the famous Hall of Mirrors, and more.
Following your interior tour, spend some free time in the gardens, a 2,000-acre (809-hectare) park filled with fountains, statues, and classic formal garden landscaping.

Versailles is a must-see experience while in Paris and this tour was the perfect length to not only see the incredible opulence of the palace and wonder in the exquisite gardens but also to understand the role the palace and those that lived there played in the French Revolution. Honore, our tour guide, was amazing. I learned more about French history in the few hours we spent together than the whole rest of my time in Paris.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable
Additionally the company was very nice. Out hotel was by the louvre and the meeting point was a good ways away. Some people on our tour were doing a louvre tour with the same company right afterwards. We were not but they let us hitch a ride on their tour bus back to the louvre

Lovely 4 hour round trip to Versailles. Our tour guide/driver was so knowledgeable about the history of the Palace and country side. We had a guided tour through the palace, and then time on our own to explore the gardens.

Our visit to Versailles was wonderful from beginning to end. The Paris Trip tours office was busy but efficient. Our guide Henri was absolutely outstanding; probably the best we’ve had on many tours in various cities. He had extensive knowledge of history and shared a lot of information; and quizzed us along the way. More importantly he made all of his (unrelated) small group feel welcome and comfortable.

Fantastic tour of the beautiful Versailles. Our tour guide Ricardo was fantastic! So knowledgeable, and personable. He has a flair for presenting the human stories of the history. We Would highly recommend this. Only regret was that we didn’t go for the full day. So much to see.

Really great way to get a personalized experience, and find out alot of info. We did the private option. You could spend the whole day in just the gardens, so we could have used some more time for that, but overall a great visit.

We chose a Sunday morning tour at 0815, small group, viewing the palace and gardens of Versailles. There were only 8 of us. Our guide, Michelle, was extremely knowledgeable about all the history AND she was our driver. The palace was over the top and you could have spent hours in the garden. We saw the original fountains working and the chapel was open. We will come back some day to savor it longer. I highly recommend this tour!

Excellent guide! Nick was perfect and gave so many insights to each room. In addition, he provided information on any question we asked. He was able to provide our small group with the proper amount of timing and knew the better places to take pictures!

Nicolas was an excellent guide providing enough interesting commentary without overwhelming us. He happily answered any questions we had, ensured we could navigate the significant number of people at the palace and had adequate time in each space. Having our own time in the incredible gardens was a blissful respite and we had adequate time to explore a good amount.

A great afternoon lead by a Nick! History of sites on the way there. Small group lent itself for us all to get to know each other. Nick lead us through Versailles and allowed plenty of time to explore the gardens. We could all hear it all with the electronics used.

We had a great tour of 2 the region’s smaller producers. Very informative. Our tour guide/driver was excellent, he clearly shared the information about the region and production of champagne. We were able to sample 3 champagnes at each of the houses. Each was delicious. We had a stop at Hautvillers Dom Perignon Church, then a stop to over look the region - beautiful views. I will recommend this tour to my friends.

We had Michelle as a guide and loved her! She is a fountain of knowledge. I did not think it was even possible to do this tour in under 4 hours, but they did! The smaller group was way better than a large group (that I’ve done several times before). I would highly recommend this tour!
