Horrible!! We paid about $70 per person for what I thought was a tour to go to the top of the eiffel tower via an elevator. What we got was standing in line in a group for over 2 hours in the freezing cold, for our “guide” to buy our $16 euro tickets ($7 for my kids), nit getting into the tower til after 5:30 when we bought the 3:30 tour. The “tour guide” abandoned our group when another family got testy about the waste of time this “experience” was. They closed the summit 10 mins before we got to the window. We’re told we’d get a partial refund. I got nothing back! I want a full refund- what a waste

Edmond was our guide and he was great! He saved us tons of wait time and was extremely knowledge on the history of Eiffel and Paris in general.

The service was booked with a guide. No one contacted us before the appointment. We arrived at the tower site, but there was no one to guide us. We tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but received no response while waiting. And of course, the fee is non-refundable. We wasted time and money on an important day at the end of the year.

For a once in a lifetime trip to the summit of the Eiffel Tower, this is your ticket. Abby did a great job getting us to our marks with picture taking along the way. We spent a lot of time in security (not her fault - just crowded) so we didn’t get much commentary. For no nonsense, direct access, this is it.

The experience was great. Our guide Monica contacted us a few hours before the tour by phone and shared a clear, detailed message with the meeting point instructions. Once we arrived, Monica was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower. She walked us through the site, provided fascinating historical background, and made everything easy to follow. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

I was worried and should not have been! Our guide was wonderful and kept the group together all the way to the top. The access was easy and our guide was knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the service. My only regret is the guide left before we could tip him!

Booking the Eiffel Summit tour is worth it as small group (9) and knowledgeable guide, Edmund. We also bypass all the extremely long lines (shorter line)

Never connected with your guide and spent 45 minutes on phone with Viator rep and they could not connect either. I am getting refund as our tour never happened.

Excellent experience guide was knowledgeable kind and patient. We were there in the evening so we seen the tower lit up along with the 5 min flashing lights. It was beautiful. Not to crowed, lines went fast.

The cost I paid for a 2-hour guided Eiffel Tower tour was less that 45 mins. We had to stage (wait) at a location and walk across a bridge and to the tower. The tour guide was nice, but, did not conduct the tour as advertised. My cost was very high for what I got and expected - $353 Canadian dollars. After the guide was finished talking, they led us to the 2nd floor entrance and told us that we are on our own now. I could have bought a 32 euro ticket and don't the same alone.

I suggest to take this tour right at sunset. The views at dusk are more than one can imagine and are only surpassed by the Parisienne night. Rafael was a fantastic guide, pleasant and knowledgeable, he gave the tour a special feel!

the guide gave us 2 of us the wrong tickets and even though we paid for summit access. only 2 out of 4 were allowed to go to the top after all waiting in line for 1 hours- VERY disappointing and frustrating

Guide was nice enough... We had to wait 20 minutes for her to get proper entry tickets after staff would not let us in.... Tour information consisted of 1 stop on the bridge to give brief history of build & painting plan every 7 years.... No tour once inside with drop off on 2nd floor. We had a summit ticket and completely skipped 1st floor. SAVE your money & don't bother with this tour.

This was a great tour, however we were directed to go to a nondescript building
With no signage to meet our tour leader. There was a lot of confusion as he was inside the building but did come out until 10 minutes before the tour was to start. The rest was fine except we had to walk another 15 minutes back over the Seine to the Eiffel tower. We ended up meeting two mothers with children at the tower, since they couldn’t walk all the over to where we met the guide and then go back to the tower with small children.

We paid a significant amount more than the regular entry in order to “skip the lines” and “access the summit.”
The summit was closed due to heat and I was told to submit a refund request. I have emailed and messaged many times but no response.
We also had to line up like everyone else to access the tower. It’s very easy to purchase a ticket yourself to access the summit.

One of the worst experiences we ever had. We visited the tower on July 2nd evening. The tour guide couldn’t speak English properly, he left the entire group in the middle of tour ( just before getting up in the elevator ). It was very crowded while getting up in the elevator. We had to wait for around 40 minutes. In the tour description it was mentioned that we can skip lines to get to the elevator, nothing like that happened. It was an utter disaster and waste of money.

This is a good way to get to the summit if you forgot to get your own ticket. They guide you to the tower, give you a sort story and you go up on your own

It was easy to find the location, a quick walk over to the Eiffel Tower and then straight up to the second floor where you transfer over to another elevator that takes you directly to the top. Well, worth the money to skip the long lines and our guide Was very informative and helpful.

We are very disappointed that the summit was closed due to extreme heat. The guide told us we would get a refund due to that situation and we still have not heard from anyone.

The tour was far from what I expected. The meeting point was far from the tower, in a location with no relevance whatsoever. The guide talked about the tower for two minutes, gave us the tickets, and left. The price was very high, for something I could have bought the ticket directly and saved a lot (the line was the same).

This is only “skip the line” as in skip the line to buy tickets. You still have to wait in all the other lines. The guide was very nice and if you weren’t able to get tickets any other way and you will only be in Paris once then worth it. Otherwise I’d find another time and way to go.
