I would give this a zero but there’s not that choice. We never got the tickets in time because they entered my email wrong. I made other reservations and the day before finally got a reminder via text. I asked to move the tickets as it was their error and as I now had a conflict of times and never heard back from anyone.

Advance tickets are a must and make sure you get in the correct line outside. One is for tickets on the hour, one is for tickets on the half hour and one is for no tickets. Some great paintings from Renoir and Picasso and other well known painters. The two rooms with Monet wrap around paintings are really special

I waited for over an hour for the tickets to come through by email and it never arrived. There is a miscommunication between this company and the museum. There is no area at the museum to receive the tickets. We never got into the museum. The refund process was nice.
