I am an older woman who is pretty tech savvy. I thought the process to obtain actual tickets was crazy. I had to give you my email. I had to open an email, etc. I was experiencing low power on my phone and I was in a panic. Absurd. I used a different company for opera house tickets that was so simple and yours is so stupid I will never use Viator again. And I have used you many times in the past.
Because of this and the fact that the next viator I had to Notre Dame canceled at our meeting time i will no longer consider you a viable option.

Viator ever sent link to tickets. Merely sent the voucher. This caused waiting, frustration and disappointment. Coming on the heels of being sent a message in FRENCH, which I can’t read, that the Eiffel Tower tour was cancelled, I will not book with Viator again. We had just returned from Morocco, where our tour guide never showed.

Even with timed entry, there are large lines at the museum. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes as the lines go through security and entry processes. Make sure that you download the ticket with bar code to gain entry.

Claude Monet’s Water Lilies murals are a truly meditative experience. I could sit there for a long time moving from panel to panel. A reflection of the true beauty and stillness of nature. Definitely reserve a time slot. A very busy museum.

I would give this a zero but there’s not that choice. We never got the tickets in time because they entered my email wrong. I made other reservations and the day before finally got a reminder via text. I asked to move the tickets as it was their error and as I now had a conflict of times and never heard back from anyone.

Advance tickets are a must and make sure you get in the correct line outside. One is for tickets on the hour, one is for tickets on the half hour and one is for no tickets.
Some great paintings from Renoir and Picasso and other well known painters. The two rooms with Monet wrap around paintings are really special
