There is no guide with this tour, it is just the tickets to see the chapel. Learning the history of the Crown of Thorns was fascinating.

Be very careful when purchasing your tickets. When they say "nonrefundable" they also mean it can't be rescheduled when exigent circumstances arise.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. Take your time to look at the windows. Before warned that you must climb some narrow circular stairs to get to the upper chapel. Worth the climb if you are physically able.

Order your tickets from some other company.
I mistakenly reserved tickets for the wrong date and this company declined to reimburse me. I informed them that I was no longer going to be in France on the date I mistakenly reserved tickets but to no avail.

Timed entry is meaningless. Once you find the correct line to stand in, you will be an hour after your scheduled time before you enter

Don’t let the long lines at entrance shock you. People need to read the signs to get in the right entrance line. Very beautiful windows unlike other church buildings.

Viator does NOT provide you with useable tickets. I was given vouchers which are not tickets and no one knew how to use them. I got in but only with a lot of fast talking.

I was unable to exchange my vouchers for the entrance tickets. The chapel said they have seen others have same experience. I called the phone number provided by Viator and was told not to call it. I had to repurchase tickets at site. Very disappointing.

The line to enter was long, thankfully we were able to get in with our tickets at the right time. Once inside, we saw that the delicate spire was covered in scaffolding, which was disappointing, but will be amazing for future visitors, so that’s understandable. The first room you enter is not really as amazing as I thought this would be, thankfully, I went upstairs, thinking it would be just a choir loft, but it turned out to be the room with all the amazing stained glass windows, so don’t miss going up the spiral stairs to the second room!

Easy entry beautiful chapel. The head sets were with the extra cost. I found it hard to get the tickets. The email sent didn’t have the ticket attached I had to contact someone to get the tickets.

We waited in line for over 2 hours. Arrived at 10:00 for a 10:30 timed tour. We were admitted after 12:00. Disaster. total disorganization. Put a damper on what was a marvelous experience.

My son recommended that we shouldn't miss the stained glass windows of Saint-Chappelle, and he was right. The windows were awe inspiring, and so beautiful beyond words. The entire church was surrounded from top to bottom in breathtaking stainless glass windows.

Long wait to enter, even with reserved tickets. Stairs to upper level are a bit treacherous. Beautiful stained glass but too much work to access.

This place was absolutely stunning! The audio guide got a bit lengthy and it was easy to get lost when learning about the stained glass because there was so much! I could've sat inside the chapel all day simply because of its beauty. However, I was told I would get my tickets emailed to me 24 hrs before and I never received them. So it was a little bit of a headache to prove I had paid for entrance. Eventually we got let in and I never figured out why I didn't get my tickets. Viator had all of my correct information to send them to me. Not sure what happened.

The stained glass windows are beautiful but that's about it. Only go on a sunny day. I found it very disappointing, but I have been to Sagrata Familia in Barcelona which is magnificent, so I may be jaded.
