Traveled with someone who needed assistance and the museum people were super helpful. Upper floor windows should be admired as a whole, detailing them is next to impossible but you can try.
Saint Chappelle is very neat to see. It’s not large, and 20 to 3 minutes is sufficient for this.
I would, however, recommend booking directly through Saint Chappelle’s website, instead of through Viator. They add a markup and provide no value that I can see.
The chapel itself was beautiful but there were no bathrooms available for women. Not acceptable for this to happen
San Chapelle was closed due to the heat. We were not told this in advance and only found out when we got there and saw a sign on the wall. To their credit Viator did refund our money.

We should have been notified thru our reservation that YOU WERE CANCELLING OUR TOUR prior to spending the money on an uber to get there. The cancellation started on the 11th of July so your had plenty of time to notify us of the cancellation prior to our actual reservation.

The tickets were not recognized by the ticket booth and we were denied entry. I followed instructions to a T.

I wasn’t sent the barcode to scan for entry……and they wouldn’t let us enter! I received the “barcode” for all my other events….. but St.Chappelle wouldn’t come up so we never got in! Worried about using Viator in the future.

A friend had told us about Saint Chapelle and we bought the tickets. We loved the experience and liked that we could go on our own and just look around

The chapel itself was a bit disappointing. A fourth of it was under construction. Not what I expected at all. Probably would not return.

This worked out, but that morning the Muse Marmotton did not accept Viator tickets. This caused a lot of anxiety. I doubt if I will use Viator again!

Never received the ticket! Waste of money and time!

Saint Chappelle itself was amazing, but skip booking it in advance. The line for no ticket was let in before us anyway and it’s cheaper to buy at the window. Also, when I showed the ticket guy our voucher, he said not to book with Viatour as he didn’t see a way to redeem our “vouchers.” The booking said show this voucher to redeem tickets and also said you will be sent tickets 24 hours in advance. Voucher wasn’t redeemable and I did not receive any email with tickets. Luckily, the guy at the ticket concession was really kind and just let us in.

We never received the bar code ticket for entry , the email o it took us back to voucher, still no bar code. The gentleman was kind enough to let us in as he saw we had paid.
The church was spectacular!

Saint Chapelle - never saw our guide and toyed by ourselves. We were very disappointed.

I do not recommend St. Chappell following Notre-Dame. The Notre Dame tour was moved to start 30 min later than originally scheduled, so it ended the same time St. Chappell started so I missed my guide and had to use Rick Steve’s audio guide instead which doesn’t do nearly a good job.

When you enter downstairs, be prepared for a gift shop and work being done. Search for a sign and Go Upstairs! Amazing!!

Saint-Chapelle is definitely worth seeing; just treat it with the respect you would show in any religious space, such as Notre Dame. The stained glass is overwhelmingly beautiful once you are in the upper level -- it is like the chapel is made of stained glass with just enough hardware to hold it all together. I would have liked to spend more time studying the window panels to identify the Bible stories each one depicted. There were laminated guide cards, but the English ones were all in use, apparently, as the slots were empty. They frequently hold concerts in the chapel and it is probably a magical space for such an experience.

Definitely worth seeing the inside! We did not have a guide, just went in our our own to view. It had that wow factor.

You have to pre-buy your tickets. No tickets on the door. You may have to wait after your booked time, mine was a 20min wait which wasn’t bad. Take the stairs upstairs, it is breathtaking.

We had a lot of difficulties convincing the ticket office to honor the voucher. We tried to call the provided Viator phone number but nobody answered. The ticket office took pity on us finally and gave us tickets but it was an unpleasant and unsettling experience

There is no guide with this tour, it is just the tickets to see the chapel. Learning the history of the Crown of Thorns was fascinating.

Be very careful when purchasing your tickets. When they say "nonrefundable" they also mean it can't be rescheduled when exigent circumstances arise.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. Take your time to look at the windows. Before warned that you must climb some narrow circular stairs to get to the upper chapel. Worth the climb if you are physically able.

Order your tickets from some other company.
I mistakenly reserved tickets for the wrong date and this company declined to reimburse me. I informed them that I was no longer going to be in France on the date I mistakenly reserved tickets but to no avail.

Expect long cues and waiting time even with a pre purchased ticket. However, the actual church is magnificent.

Timed entry is meaningless. Once you find the correct line to stand in, you will be an hour after your scheduled time before you enter
