in our case it was a poor experienc: high price to see nothing but some of the architectural features ; we paid the price for a temporary exhibition altough there was none . Our ticket was not even accepted! For a ticket WITHOUT temporary exhibition we paid 5 euro!! each instead the 79 paid to Viator for 2 . We asked for a refund .

The service by Viator was terrible, we have received the entry tickets very late (5 minutes after the scheduled time slot) and could not use them due to lack of Internet connection. Correspondingly the money paid to Viator was completely lost. We were lucky to be able to buy entry tickets on the spot (with a long queue).

Be aware. There is no guide included. Garden is open to all . Admission ticket is inexpensive so no such thing as premium ticket. The absolute experience we have had with Viator.. After many texts and calls we got no compensation.

My problem was with my ticket. I was unable to open it and they wouldn’t take the email I had showing my confirmation. I had addressed my concern about this with Viator before I left on my trip. I think I have used Viator before and not had a problem so I believe the problem was on my end. It was just disappointing so before I figure out what the problem was, I’m hesitant to book again.

The museum DO NOT accept the ticket downloaded to your wallet. We were pulled to the side, told that our tickets were not valid and asked to buy new tickets. When I complained, they checked the mail from viator and eventually let us in using the bar code on the pdf. Not a great experience.

This is incredably unreliable service. They sold tickets and only sent me a voucher explaining that tickets will be sent within 24hours and never sent. I asked to a supporter several times to check but nothing has done excepting sending mail to a provider, World Tour Pass Paris. Because of that, I couldn't enter into the exhibition with 85 euro payment. So unresponsible. This is a fraud, indeed!
