Our Uber driver was delayed by the rain and we arrived three or four minutes late for the boat. It left promptly at 6:45 without us.

I thought the boat ride was scenic and pretty. The guide was knowledgable and did her best speaking in both French and English. However the boat was very loud and it was very hard to hear the guide over the crowd. I think they need a better sound system .

Not very informative on the meeting location. Had to ask several people where to go. The one worker couldn’t even tell us. We ended up going in the line and it worked out as the other line was for a bigger boat.

Terrible signing for departure point, arrived 18:44 after running the length of the bridge in 30 degree heat to be condescended to and denied entry before boat had pulled away. Wife was further behind with our disabled son. Avoid like the plague, this company utterly disgusting

Straightforward. Nice boat, good views. there is a small snack bar on first floor of the boat that sells drinks. Our boat tour did change but they just put us on the next boat.

Overall a great cruise! It left on time and was almost exactly an hour, as advertised. The guide was excellent. It was also nice that the boat was relatively small compared to other cruises, so not as many people stuffed in and competing for space to take photos.

We had booked the 2:45 trip but that didn't seem to exist.... we arrived at 2:30 and were first on the boat for the 3:15 trip.
Tour guide was good but let down by a poor PA system... also tried to do too much in terms of speaking really quickly in multiple languages

We also regret that the PA system made the commentary difficult to hear and that the multilingual presentation felt too fast. Clear and enjoyable commentary is an important part of the experience, and we understand that trying to follow several languages at once can make this more challenging.
