We had an amazing Seine River cruise experience! Everything was perfectly timed — we reached the Eiffel Tower exactly as it started to sparkle, which made the moment truly magical. Itinerary

Whether you’ve selected a daytime or evening Seine cruise, your Vedette du Pont Neuf experience begins at Paris’s oldest bridge, 16th-century Pont Neuf. Tours depart around every hour, so you’ll be sure to find one that fits your travel plans.

Boats are equipped with an open top deck to enjoy the fresh air. Most boats also have a climate-controlled interior lower deck, which is protected from the elements—a must during those rainy Paris days.

Awful. Currently on the tour. Several issues have arisen. Immensely noisy trip as a school trip were booked alongside. Teachers unable or unwilling to control the noise. Secondly, the tour was booked as an English speaking tour. The recording began as English speaking but could not be heard over the noise. The teachers of the children's group demanded that the language be changed to French. The language was changed to French at their request. One of my party does not speak French so the tour was no longer suitable for us. The noise still did not abate anyway, so the language change was pointless. Language changed back to English, so teacher began narrating over it loudly in French with a mic. Children still screaming. Staff did nothing to manage any of this chaos. Don't bother.

The excursion was fine. A boat with appx 75 people on it. The lady doing the narration spoke in English and French so she had to be fast. The night was gorgeous. Perfect temp. We were able to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle. It was really beautiful. The struggle came from the noise of the engine boat. It was truly loud so loud you couldn’t hear the narration at all. Not sure if that’s supposed to be that loud or if something was broke- regardless it was disappointing

Get there early to get...

Get there early to get the top of the boat. There is no skip the line line. It is in full sun but in the bottom you will not see as much at a lower height. The lower level walls are at least clear but the top offers the best view. If stuck in the lower, there are a few spots you can take a picture not blocked by the clear walls. The host was I imagine a good tour guide but nearly impossible to hear over the noise of people talking in the lower level. All in all a great way to experience the city in a different mode and give your feet a break.

You see a few of the major Paris sights along the river, but this cruise is just an hour so there isn’t a lot of time to go very far. The guide was informative and made the tour more enjoyable with both information and wit.

I booked this for my mother and I at the last minute. Loved it. Leaving from Pont Neuf was great and within walking distance. The cruise seemed so much longer than an hour. Sara was fantastic and very energetic. She worked effortlessly through different languages to accommodate everyone. At times speaking very quickly but otherwise great.

What an amazing experience!! We saw a lot of cruises with a LOT of people but this was not the case, it had just the right amount of people, not overcrowded at all. Horrible Experience

After being told this cruise was WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBlLE IT WAS NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE AT ALL., nor conducive to WHEELCHAIR ACCESS. The crew tried to put down a metal ramp the was not only too small, but very unsafe and dangerous. The manager "Emanuelle" came out of her office to see what was going on, not only was she RUDE trying to help us, she ACTUALLY WALKED AWAY AND TOLD US WE HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT OURSELF. I will be happy to post the video to show everyone what we went through to get my Aunt off the boat and up to the street since it was impossible to push her back over the long stretch of cobblestones to get back up to the street. A female pedestrian saw us struggling and went into the park nearby and asked 4 men to come help us carry the wheelchair up 40 steps to the street. I will forever be grateful to her. If you are in a wheelchair, DO NOT BOOK THIS CRUISE.

We really enjoyed our boat trip. The entry was organized and calm. We could see all the sights from the top deck. Our host/guide was delightful and engaging and did a great job explaining each point of interest in two languages. Peaceful Cruise down the Seine

Once we actually got on a boat, the river ride was lovely. However, we had booked the 8:15 cruise, and they overbooked it. It was complete chaos, with no one telling us what to do. So, it turned out fine, but it was a little stressful.

Great experience overall—I definitely recommend getting there early so you can have first pick of your seats. They offer drinks and snacks on board, which was a nice touch. The commentator was knowledgeable, funny, and really interactive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

A lovely beginning

This was a wonderful way to begin our week in Paris. We chose an evening cruise to see the Eiffel tower light up on the hour. The guide and commentary was informational and fun. So glad we made this a part of our visit.
