This was such a great Seine cruise! The staff were really helpful - when we arrived early, they gave us a choice to use our ticket for an earlier cruise - and friendly. Of course, you see all of the major sights during the hour but it’s the Eiffel Tower that thrills the most, no matter how many times you have see it! Plenty of space on the 2 level boat - we were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather for our cruise, but there was a covered section below if needed.
The traditional French music added to the ambiance as did the champagne! Bar prices were not too bad at all, which was surprising given they have a captive audience! We would definitely do this again on a return trip, perhaps opting for a slightly later departure to see the sights at night. Thank you for giving us one of the highlights of our trip!

Had a great time even though it was the hottest day in July. Don't expect air conditioning or a guided tour, this was a boat on the Seine playing French music with wine. That's just what we wanted after a hot day. We got amazing pictures and the staff were pleasant. Good time was had by all.

The boat has limited view due to a low roof and if you’re sitting at the back half of the boat you’ll be surrounded by people waiting at the bar line and you won’t see anything. Really poor experience I would not book this tour. Literally every other boat tour we saw looked better with a good view.

We were 2nd on the entry line and easily selected front row seats on the upper deck. Late arriving passengers were permitted to stand in front of us which blocked our view.

Nice way to see parts of Paris. The boat was smaller than some you see on the river, and it had a covered part to give some shade . We had a tour at 8:15 pm in July and it was still light out .

Our airline was cancelled so we weren’t in Paris at the appointed time! I asked for a Viator Credit but never heard back!

Last minute decision to buy ticket. Great trip, on time, dependable and good night views Lasted 1 hour. Bring a jacket even in July.

Although we did show up right on time, the experience was awful! This is a self guided tour, which means you just sit and look around. The App does have an itinerary you can follow. The boat was covered so unless you sit on the edge you can’t see much! And the music was playing loud and the conversation was loud. Not the relaxing experience I had anticipated. It was stressful and exiting the boat was a madhouse. The tour took 1.5 hours. I would do another river cruise but would choose one that offers a much better environment.

This was an amazing boat ride. There were 2 levels on the boat. The drinks were good, views even better especially at night. The later the better as the sun sets later in the summertime.

Looking for a romantic trip on the seine in Paris? Try being stuffed in a boat with a bunch of strangers who didn’t shower after being tourists all day, others who have their screaming. Children and in your ear. Think the wine will make it ok? They under staffed the bar don’t serve you your pre purchased drink. You have to get in a 30 minute line while missing the cruise with the people who did not pre order, only to be served terrible wine. Did you make plans afterwards? Well you missed them since the cruise was 30 minutes late getting back. Hare you thinking , we didn’t make Plans, 30 extra minutes sounds wonderful… did you forget the screaming children and BO, now introduce a rude American who didn’t hold the alcohol well.
This is a trip from Hell.

The check-in process was easy and the staff was friendly. Went on the 9:15 P.M. tour which was the perfect time to watch the sunset! Seating was a bit tight on the top deck but still not overly crowded.

Highly recommend. It was truly a very nice way to end our day. Starting the cruise with the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower was truly amazing. Get inline early to get good seats.

Might as well have been on the ferry cruise for 5 dollars. It was Crowded the wine included was inedible it was Disgusting. They did not have ice or water (only sparkling water). This ticket should have been $15 MAX. Find another option if you’re not riding this boat to take selfies the entire time.

The cruise was pleasant but the seats were extremely uncomfortable and there was no audio guide. You could have downloaded an app and brought headphones but you’re not thinking about bringing all that for your whole family when go on a cruise. It felt like a missed opportunity to not have some audio guide to what you were looking at. Also, due to extreme heat, the boat should have offered free water for everyone.

It was suggested to take the cruise at sunset. So happy we took the suggestion. The sun sets in Paris at 10. An amber glow was cast on the buildings and we saw why people say that Paris is magical. We went with four, 50 plus adults and 4 young adults, 18-22, everyone thought that was a highlight of our trip. The bridges were magnificent each with a unique design. French music played as we drifted along the river.

Beautiful way to see all of the monuments and sights from a gorgeous vantage point. They had a portable phone charger you could rent for free during the tour. It was spectacular and was the perfect way to enjoy the tour.

Gorgeous way to see the cities most amazing sights, would recommend getting to the dock earlier though as can get busy on the top deck if that is where you are wanting to spend your duration of the trip.

There was limited space in the elevated deck near the front of the boat. Unless you were seated along the end of the benches closest to the sides of the boat, you couldn’t see a lot, or get good pictures. Also, the smoking and vaping made the experience very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this activity. I really expected better of a Viator tour organized tour.

The cruise was well organized, departed right on time, not crowded at all and afforded many good picture opportunities. The music was lame. I expected live music, maybe a jazz band or a string quartet. Did not expect 1950s Maurice Chevalier music over poor quality speakers. For me, it added nothing to the cruise, yet I paid a little more for a cruise with music. Still, it was worth the time. Unless you're a fan of French coroner, get the cruise without music.

From reservation to the boat .nothing good .
Reservation through viator is very confusing and does not list the name of the company you are booked with clearly so you might get lost and loose your money
