Great experience especially with French music in the background and amazing views. Definitely will recommend doing the cruise after sunset and the light from the city and their reflection in the water are absolutely stunning. If you want the best seats on the top deck make sure you arrive early. And put some layers on as can get a bit chilly. Easy to find the port.

I didn't take their advice to scan for audio about the trip. If I were to go again, I would be sure to do that. A very nice gentleman aime one of his sons to move and allow me to sit with my wife. So,
Arrive early to make it more likely your group can sit together. Pleasant evening. Interesting to hear songs with which I'm familiar dung in French.

We went for our 25 anniversary! It was cold and rainy but we made the best of it. Music was great and nice that blankets were available.

We were looking forward to a peaceful, beautiful night on the river and instead we got an overcrowded boat full of babies and kids with about 100 people and one bathroom. Our ticket was for music and wine. There was no music except for the obnoxious father, who was trying to get his baby to sleep and played baby music, loud enough for all of us to hear. when I went to get a glass of wine the bartender continued cleaning glasses and talking to other people and ignored me for 4 to 5 minutes before finally asking if I wanted something he was not friendly or welcoming and tried to charge me instead of asking if I had a ticket that included wine. It was not at all what we hoped.

My friend and I went on a short trip to Paris this week. We wanted to do one of this experiences and opted for the last scheduled Seine river cruise so we could enjoy dinner in the city before (I noticed a few boats sailing passed us where people were having dinner and they seem distracted with it and not really enjoying the view). Booking it late at night meant we could fully relax and just take in the experience.
The atmosphere on board was lovely. They played classic French music throughout, which added a really charming touch to the experience. Seeing Paris lit up at night from the water is honestly truly breathtaking. The views are absolutely stunning, and sailing past all the iconic landmarks felt quite magical.
We spent the whole hour on the upper deck, which is perfect for photos with the most beautiful backdrops. There’s also a bar on the lower deck if you fancy a drink, which is a nice addition (for an extra fee you can have it included in the tour). I’d definitely recommend this experience if you’re in Paris and want something a bit special without it feeling too formal.

The tickets did not guarantee a seat outside where the sites were actually visible. Instead, seated inside at the only available seating left, the sights could not be enjoyed because of the lighting inside made the windows more mirrors than actual viewing windows. Wish I had known ahead of time, and I would have booked a daytime cruise. I do not recommend this particular cruise, but think the same company provides a great daytime cruise.

We showed up at 7pm for our 7:30pm boat but it was canceled and we only found out when we got there, so they rebooked us for 8pm but the line was so insanely long that we had to wait from 7:30 to 8:30 until we could board, which threw off our evening plans. Pretty views (and very cold in March) but terribly crowded and disorganized.

Boat was over packed on the top deck. So had to sit downstairs. We didn’t see anything. Was looking forward to seeing paris lit up at night. Thought we may have had someone telling us where things were but there was nothing so feel like the trip was a complete waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend

Experience was cancelled at the last minute when we were standing on the dock. I'm still waiting to hear from Viator about a refund. This outcome is very unusual for Viator. Hope this story ends well.

The cruise was exactly as billed HOWEVER they blast the French music so listening to the downloadable audio guide is near impossible unless your entire group brought headphones. And the audio guide was good with what we could hear of it.

I thought this was a lovely and affordable add on to our Paris adventure. Though there are not enough seats on the top to accommodate everyone, we got there early and got lucky to get a good seat with a great view.

A lovely evening cruise along the Seine accompanied with French Christmas songs. It was very relaxed and enjoyable. We sat on the top deck and saw all of the beautiful l illuminated landmarks. We purchased our drinks as extras. A very enjoyable hour or so definitely worth a trip if you are here around Christmas time.
