If you love the Impressionist period, this is a must see museum. Here you will find famous paintings by Monet, Van Gogh, Renoir, Sisley, Manet, etc.

Purchasing tickets for the Museé d’Orsay was easy, even in mid June prior to our visit a few weeks later. I was so glad I found the tickets through Viator because the museum websites were already sold out on the days we would be in Paris. Text reminders weee really helpful and the whole process was easy and trouble-free.

Unable to access my tickets so had to buy them at the museum. I will NOT be using Viator again. Recommend buying tickets directly from the museum websites.

I took my daughter to Paris for the first time earlier this month and booked this as another planned activity. I never received the ticket barcode through email or through WhatsApp. I also never received any notification of any issues.
I was ultimately forced to repurchase two tickets upon arrival to the museum. It was definitely unexpected and inconvenient :(

A little wait outside for open day tickets when gallery opened but not so bad. The Impressionism gallery on the top is incredible. Beautiful architecture throughout. Though large number of people queueing to get in such a large gallery didn’t feel cramped at all.

This is just the ticket. Loved having the flexibility to go anytime of day. Ticket delivered as expected. I had to cancel (and I re-booked as plans changed) and there was no issue. Very happy with this provider.
The museum itself is spectacular. Very manageable compared to the Louvre . It was crowded when I went but I expected this.

tickets was sent via email the day before. downloaded to my phone with bar code. First, there is no separate entrance, there is a long line for 2.2 entrance and then when you finally got to the entrance, the bar code was not valid. Fortunately, there is a nice staff.helping out and find the right code to use. Not very smooth experience, needs better instruction.

Absolutely seamless way to see the museum D'orsay. Not sure why others said they had a problem! It almost kept me from doing it through Viator, which our family has always found to be reliable. This was no exception! The day before we received a barcode and entered the museum with no problem through the exact entrance we were told. We were able to see every exhibit without an issue. I highly recommend as the museum website was booked up and much more confusing. We were very grateful for this option to see this fantastic museum!

Decided to get last minute tickets because of the extreme heat but the tickets on the muesum site were sold out. Ordered these the night before and they worked flawlessly. Walked right through the line for those with tickets but no set time, then through security and then scanned in the muesum. Very easy to use.

by using Viator, we were able to avoid having to select a particular time to visit the Orsay. That flexibility was crucial for us. The Orsay Museum is a treasure that should not be missed. Viator could improve the experience by sending tickets directly to the app after purchase. Finding the links in the email and clicking through to the tickets was a bit confusing and needlessly cumbersome.

Viator cancelled our family semi private Louvre tour—an hour before scheduled—because the tour guide had a medical emergency. Viator had no substitute
This was the only open day in our itinerary.
So my family did not see the Louvre on our Paris trip, though we had reserved this tour weeks earlier.

We had not realized we needed to buy tickets weeks before our trip. When we arrived in Paris all the museums we had hoped to see were sold out. We paid more for the tickets through Viator but they worked and we were able to get in.

Super easy access to the museum. Had the flexibility to arrive when we liked. We went around 10 AM and had no waiting. The museum is air conditioned and not as crowded as others, with plenty of places to sit and take in the art. Great visit!

Musee Dorsey did not accept the tour tickets I had to pay twice. They made us wait 45 minutes before we could get in and said that the information I had was no good. Please reimburse me.

I’m not certain why we pay twice the admission fee for nothing but admission. Additionally, it was confusing how to actually get the ticket to get in but people the ticket office were very nice. I’m a big Viator fan, but I’m not certain how helpful it was to go through ride or other than double the price. Loved the museum!
