Despite a rainy day in Palermo, we had a truly awesome tour and would never have experienced the city this way had we just went out on our own. Fabrizio was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable in all things historical. This is a tour packed with information and we learned a ton about the history, foods and culture in Palermo. I would highly recommend this specific walking tour!

I resisted reviewing this particular tour, but after multiple requests from Viator, I will comply. We wandered around the very specific meeting point for almost an hour, having called and texted the guide twice. We asked everybody. Nothing. Our time was so limited we decided to bail when a young guy runs over and IDs himself. No apologies. He was delayed with another tour. Big smile. OK - So let's do it! ....However, he spoke almost no English and his knowledge of the area was really questionable. He was charming, but frankly we were there for an historical tour with some depth that we could understand. Terrible value for the price. We could have done it on our own and save a bundle. Sorry Viator!
