Isobe Ayana was and incredible guide! You are able to pick ring material, shape, thickness, and texture. Isobe walked us through everything and was able to answer any question we had. The experience of making the rings was one I will never forget!! You also get photos of you making the rings and they were absolutely beautiful. The care taken to help you make the ring made our experience unforgettable. A must try when in Japan

I cannot recommend this experience and place enough - it was private, quiet, and made more special by the fact that the staff gave my child small tools to play with while my husband and I made our rings! It was an awesome experience

My wife and I had such a wonderful experience making rings for each other. We had the chance to choose from different materials—silver, yellow gold, white gold, and even green gold—as well as shapes, textures, thickness, and engraving options. It was so much fun putting thought into every detail, and we are truly happy with the beautiful rings we created together. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the process. As an added bonus, we can return anytime for polishing. Highly recommended!

It is a lovely experience and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The ring costs were very reasonable and there was a wide range to choose from. Even green gold, which we had never seen before.

Very cute in theory. The description of this workshop doesn't really warn you that the price doesn't include the ring at all just the workshop. I know it wasn't expensive so one I guess could say I should've known it didn't include rhe ring but to be fair if I thought it was just sterling silver, the price wasn't that off. It also said it would be offered in English but when we arrived, nobody spoke English even a bit. We had to use Google translate back and forth. He said the English speaker was off that day. It also said it would be 90 min but we hammered the rings a couple times and our part was done within 20 minutes. Then they took the rings to, I assume put finishing touches on it, which would have been cool to experience or watch but we were left upstairs at our table and chairs while we waited for him to return. Nothing bad on the gentleman who helped us he was very nice and tried hard to communicate. Absolutely no fault on him or negative on him.

The expérience was very fun and the staff was very kind and gave some good instructions. Just as a precision- the price on viator includes only one type of ring ( silver and very thin) so if you want a thicker ring or gold or another color - this will costs you extra :)

It was a great experience! We didn’t speak too much Japanese and there was an effort on both sides to make ourselves understood and it’s also very simple with translation apps. The staff was lovely, you could see the passion. We learned a lot and we participated in Halloween games. We also had pictures of our activity in addition to our personal videos with the go pro. I recommend 100%
