We had a wonderful guided tour of Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi! The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the entire experience was smooth, enjoyable, and well-organized. This tour was well organized and wonderfully informative in a fun and joyful way. Our guide Rosita was caring and pleasant. The driver, Salvatore was expert and needed to be as the roads to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Revelo were full of curves. I would highly recommend this tour. We had time to shop, take photos, eat, and simply enjoy.

The chair lift was cool - the Blue Grotto cave equally cool, but had to stand in line for an hour for that - we coulda skipped the last part of the tour in Capritown - it was HOT all day - our guide, Giorgio, was organized, affable, and efficient

This is the only way to see the Amalfi Coast. Arturo was an excellent guide; he was very knowledgeable about the area and explained in great detail.

What a stressful start to the day

The tour locations are very good and worth a visit, however I would recommend another booking site than Viator. Booked the tour before starting our holiday. Emailed the operator to find nearest Pick up Point to accommodation and told Palazzo Caracciolo which was great. The day before the tour text received stating pick up point Star Hotel Terminus. After a number of texts confirmed Palazzo Caracciolo. On morning of tour we arrived 15 mins early, a tour bus arrives and we are told 'Not on List' and left there. After a number of telephone calls we are asked to go to Star Hotel Terminus to join the tour bus that had actually left us at Palazzo Caracciolo. We had to rush and get a taxi (15 euros) as we felt we were delaying, through no fault of our own, the other people on the tour. What a stressful start we could have done without. Tried to contact Viator via Live Chat but timed out!

This was an outstanding day trip and one of the highlights of our vacation! Enzo was a fantastic driver who navigated the winding coastal roads with confidence, getting us to each destination safely and efficiently while still giving us plenty of time to explore. Really great experience overall. The pacing was excellent, minimal time stuck in traffic or waiting around, which on the Amalfi Coast is no small feat. A nice surprise was the optional boat ride in Amalfi, a great add-on that elevated the day. Our guide Arturo was the standout. He shared just the right amount of context and detail without overdoing it, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. That kind of enthusiasm makes a real difference. Would highly recommend.

The day trip was confusing and the tour guide was quite abrupt and rude. She split up the group when some wanted to go on optional activities, then went with some people, and left us and others on our own. We may as well have caught a bus! When questioned about something that should have been included free (as stated clearly on the itinerary), she was very rude, denied it and basically brushed me away.

What a great way to spend the day ! We were lucky enough to have Mario ( aka gennaro) and Luigi as our guides. We experienced great food and limoncello tastings and experienced great views of the Amalfi coast. Thank you Mario and Luigi for a great introduction to the Amalfi coast!

Was great to see Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. The addition of a boat ride as an extra was great too. Liked seeing the coast from a different perspective. Enjoyed learning about the lovers arch and famous people who lived there. Sorrento was nice and liked our visit to the limoncello factory shop where I bought several gifts. Positano was pretty and liked the different clothes, but was very busy. Martina was a great tour guide with lots of stories. Great to end with the limoncello lottery too. Highly recommended

Wonderful 9.5 hr day....

Wonderful 9.5 hr day. Martina was very personable and full of knowledgeable. The stops were enough time to do some exploring of Sorrento (1hr 40 min), Positano (1hr) & Amalfi (2hrs). The air conditioned bus was a welcomed vehicle in the near 30 degree heat in early June.

Great guide and driver but wasn't given pick up details.

We took this tour during our cruise and Riccardo the tour guide and Luigi the driver were both great. Luckily traffic wasn't bad which is rare in Naples. All stops were good and we had time in each stop. Riccardo took the time to explain our surroundings. Everyone in the bus (13 of us) fell asleep during the long rides. The only issue we had was finding the meet up point. The tour organizer didn't send us any information about what vehicle or who to look for. You must have data to contact them. They'll WhatsApp you 2 days before the tour. Ask them for exact meeting point which was on the main road after leaving the cruise port, about 10 minute walk. You'll see a large castle. Not the taxi and tour bus pick up area.

This was a wonderful way to get to visit the Amalfi Coast! I am so glad that we didn’t have to drive on those windy roads and it was honestly much more of a tour than I was expecting!! While we didn’t win it, there definitely WAS a limoncello lottery, so don’t worry about that! Miriam was such a wonderful guide for our trip and the bus driver was so skilled!!

Very nice experience with our guide Younis and our driver Giuseppe. They were very friendly and helpful! The places we saw didn’t attract us very much and the roads are very curvy, so it can make some people stomach sick. But overall it was a nice experience for us.

Great day trip out to Sorrento, Positano & Amalfi. Our driver Giuseppe and our guide Alessandra B were both excellent and very accommodating. Alessandra made every effort to provide a 100% full guided tour and played at Mother Duck ensuring her family of duckling were always following her and not getting lost. The stop off points for each stop were excellent, right where we needed to be. A good trip to be had as a taster for first time visitors.

Our guide was so fun and we were able to add on a boat cruise to see Amalfi from the water which was exceptional. Our driver Guiseppe was very skilled at navigating the bus safely and getting us out of a bind on a tunnel with oncoming traffic!

Great way to see the Amalfi coast. Large coaches could not travel down the narrow roads to Positano. I accidentally chose a dual language tour but not too much bother. Sorrento our favourite town. Highly recommend. W

If you expect fully guided tour, this is not for you. We received couple of sentences here and there for each of the locations. No details . Our tour guide was more Interested chatting with the driver than us. The Tour guide should not be smoking electronic cigarets and blow at us during the tour.

The tour is designed to provide information and commentary throughout the day, while also allowing guests free time to enjoy each location independently. Regarding the guide, conversations with the driver are sometimes necessary for logistical reasons, but this should never affect the quality of the explanations provided to guests. As for the electronic cigarette, we are quite surprised by this comment. All of our guides are fully aware that smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted during service while accompanying guests. For this reason, the situation you describe seems unusual to us, but we will nevertheless investigate the matter internally. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
