    We were not picked up at hotel. The van was comfortable and cool. Paestum was great!!! The mozzarella tour was pour. All we saw was the bulls and cows but no process. It felt as if we were not expected for lunch and the driver was arguing with the staff. The food was good once we got it!

    Dear, the pick up was not at the hotel because you were in a limited traffic area and we couldn't get to you with the minivan, but the meeting point was still close.Thank you for your feedback and for your time and for choosing us. For the visit to the dairy it happens in this way and then there is the demonstration of mozzarella production, where the production is explained, from start to finish, furthermore the lunch for you had been booked for months given that you had booked in December 2022 , the driver was evidently talking about something else with colleagues on site, but not about the booking which is correctly guaranteed and took place some time ago. Thank you for your time and your feedback, we look forward to seeing you in Italy again. Best regards
