Lots of walking on cobblestone streets and uphill. It was hot! We’re comfortable shoes bring plenty of water. Our guide really took time to discuss the many things that we saw.

Andreas was our guide and did a great job. Friendly and knowledgeable he took us places and explained everything. There was a break for coffee along the way. We found the underground visit especially interesting. This is a great tour to get a feel for the city. A cautionary note though. It is walking tour so be prepared to walk. There are many stops but there is no prolonged lingering. When the tour is over you will have to find your way back to your hotel. That is something we liked since it gave us the opportunity to randomly explore. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Very friendly guide. But we only went into one museum. I believe the ad said entrance into 3 or 4 things. Too much time on highly congested roads.

Dear sir, this is a Walking Tour, there one entrance only and it is the Naples Underground, at the end of the tour there is the antrance in the Duomo of Naples, if you read the Tour lines, you will see that most of it is a walking around the city centre. Kind Regards Raffaele

Could have been a great tour. Guide was rude and indifferent to the members of our group . Rush, rush, rush, with no concern for our needs and extremely rude and unconcerned about the needs of the tour group..She just wanted to get it over with and was confronted about her behavior by group members. She needs to find another line of work..I am very easy to please, in my opinion she ruined the experience of visiting this great city for many of us involved. Great content, but handled by guide in an extremely poor manner. She came from World Tours and her name started with an M I think..I could say much more about what went on but not interested in expending any more energy...Worst guide ever! Could have rated it 4 or 5, but guide ruined the experience so being extremely generous by giving it a 2..I have taken many excursions similar to this by far she was the worst I have ever encountered!

My family (2 adults and 2 kids) took this tour last June 23, 2019 (Sunday), and we were joined by an Italian couple and an elderly American couple. . This is by far, our most UNPLEASANT Tour ever, and we share this same comment with the American couple who were with us, because our Tour Guide Ms. MIRA was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL . . . 1. She gets offended when we will pause for a while to take photos of the sites we would pass by. 2. She gets easily irritated when there were loud noises/sounds (garbage trucks passing by) near us. 3. She demanded that we all should listen to her when she is speaking. . 4. She would walk very fast despite her knowledge that the elderly American couple were not able to walk very fast. 5. She made us feel as if we were training in the Military instead of a holiday/leisure tour. I understand that the Tour Operator is CAMPANIA VISITS and TOURS. And for the sake of Campania's business future, I hope not all of their Tour Guides are the same as Ms. MIRA. - Mr. ALEXANDER LEE from Manila, Philippines

Dear Sirs, we are sorry to hear this, we do many tours and of course it can happen that sometimes somebody could find it to be not suitable for their expectations. Anyway, you know that a guided tour is organized and must follow a timetable, otherwise it could not be possible to see all the scheduled things, if you read the tour description, there are moments in which people must follow the guide, not talking between themeselves as this can disturb other people wanting to hear the voice of the guide, for this reason there is a free time, in which people can take pictures and do shopping. Imagine ten people willing to stop every now and than because they have to take pictures, it would not be possible to do the tour, that is not a military training, but it is necessary to be disciplined while taking it and follow what the guide says/does, so that nobody gets lost. Moreover, if I knew not being able to walk, I would never choose a wolking tour. Regarding the guide, Mira, I personally know her, and I can tell that she is a very kind person, she is not rude and disrespectful as you say. We chose this tour (which cost more than similar ones) as it was described to include admission to several churches, etc. It also described free time we were to have. There was nothing special about the trip, except for being led through the city - as I'm sure other tours do as well. Our guide was fairly new to the company, although claimed to have extensive guiding experience. She didn't follow the itinerary, more interested in sitting for coffee for an extended period - which most of the group wasn't interested in doing. Also, the description indicated the tour would end at the original starting point - but she left the group quite a ways from the starting point (even after being shown the description by several of the couples). I would recommend trying another Underground Tour if that is your focus.

Dear Mrs Lana, we are sorry to hear that you didn't like the tour, we usually do lots of tours in Campania and people always like how we do them. The job of a tour guide is to lead people through the city, would you image a guided tour where everybody is sitting in the station for the duration of the tour? I have never seen it. Our guide is not new to the company, I don't think that you can know how long she has been working with us, how can you say that? Moreover, even if she was new I see nothing strange in that, as everybody has the first day of work in the life. a parte che non ho trovato per quanto abbia cercato, l'orario di inizio, mi sono messo in comunicazione e abbiamo risolto, la visita è piaciuta, anche se i due gruppi, italiano e inglese era dispersiva, la guida era preparata, insomma un po' luci ed ombre
