This was an excellent choice for us the driver was there and guided us out of the terminal quickly. The vehicle was brand new and VERY nice and the drive was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this service and will use again the next time we visit Sorrento.

Scary ride from Naples airport to hotel in Sorrento

The most memorable part was the drive scared the hell out of all six of us. He raced by other vehicles like they were standing still all the way down the trip. The van Air Conditioning did not work very well at all. It was hot for the 45 minute trip to our hotel. Driver dropped us off a block and a half from our hotel. Driver pointed two directions where the hotel was. I don’t think he knew where the hotel was. In hindsight, the driver picked us up on time and dropped us off safely. The van we rode in was old and was not very clean on the inside. The driver was a nice person, but I believe he could not understand us very well.

Our driver was waiting for us at the arrival hall at Naples airport with a clearly labelled sign. On our drive to sorrento he pointed out and explained points of interest to us. We arrived after a very bad storm and bumpy flight from London Gatwick many roads from the airport at Naples to Sorrento were closedThe driver was so patient our flight was delayed an hour, his windscreen got smashed by hailstones so he had to get another car and he battled to ensure we got to Sorrento He was amazing a real hero Definitely would recommend If we hadn’t booked we would have been stranded at the airport as no normal taxi would have got us safely to our hotel

Our driver must have the patience of a saint! He drove us to the Sorrento Hilton on a Sunday, the busiest day on the road. Mopeds were buzzing all around us and traffic was often at a stand still, but he seemed to take it all in stride. He even pointed out the sites for us on the way there.

I seemed to have made an error in my booking so when we arrived at the train station there was no one waiting for us. When I called to check, the company indicated that I was a no show because the date I selected was a few days before we arrived. I started to panic. Since I paid for a 3 person transfer all I could think was that I would have to pay a pretty penny to get another service. Thankfully that was not the case. They went above and beyond and indicated that if we stayed put, in a couple of hours they would have a driver for us and they would honor the voucher. Sure enough, 2 hours later our driver showed up and took us to Sorrento. Thank you!
