Great experience - polished driver + clean car. Was there on time and got us to Sorrento quickly and safely. Very personable driver (unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the driver). Gave us great recommendations. If you're doubting organizing your ride versus getting a taxi, this will save you tons of money and stress!

Naples Airport is very crowded, old and busy. It was difficult to find our driver but was not his fault. I contacted viator and they directed him to us. Our flight was 2 1/2 hours late and it went as smooth as it possibly could.

Joseph was great. He met us right at the train station in Naples and took our luggage and led us to the car. The vehicle was spacious and plenty of room for us both and our suitcases. He gave us some highlights of the area during the drive down the coastline. We were very glad to have booked the transfer, as the small narrow and winding roads would have been difficult for us to navigate since we were both so tired and jet lagged from the journey.

We booked a private transfer from Naples to Sorrento via the Live Chat as we could't book from the drop down list of pickup points. Viatour were so helpful with arranging this and provided excellent communication. We received an email confirmation of where to expect our driver a d further reminders as the trip got closer. Needed a bit of a last minute transfer from the train station to our hotel in Sorrento and this company was awesome! They were professional, ensured our pick up time and location were accurate, and even suggested adjustments due to a marathon being ran in the area we didn’t know about! Easy to connect at airport. Driver friendly and drove safely. Gave us nice overview of the area. Glad we were not on a bus. Narrow road and sharp turns. Tremendous traffic but our vehicle was very comfortable.

The entire ride was awesome. What a great driver. I don’t how anyone could drive in Naples and Sorento. The motor cycles were terrible and she did a fantastic job navigating them. She was awesome!

Our driver was wonderful. He waited for us directly on the train station’s exit platform with a sign showing our names; so he was very easy to locate. He loaded and unloaded our very large, American luggage easily into his Mercedes SUV. The drive along the coast to Sorrento was lovely, and the air conditioning was welcomed! 10/10 service.
