Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived by train in Naples. Very professional and polite. Handled our luggage and opened our doors. He offered little insights and information about the areas we traveled through on our way to Sorrento. Dropped us right at the front door of our hotel. Would highly recommend this service!

Nic and his team were amazing! We had them as a private driver from Naples to Sorrento, they met us right outside the train platform and walked us to his car. Then dropped us right off at our Airbnb. A few days later, we decided to use them again and Nic picked us up right outside of our place and drove us to Positano, waited for us to walk around then drove us back. Then for the third time Nic picked us up from Amalfi and drove us back to Naples for our train. We are so happy to have found Nic and we HIGHLY HIGHY recommend his team and his exceptional service!

Alex picked us up from the Florence train. He was so sweet! Showed us to the rest room and watched our bags, then escorted us to the Mercedes van. Dropped us off at our Sorrento hotel. Very professional and kind! Thank you!

Carmine was fantastic. He met us inside the train station, walked us to his nice Mercedes van, and drove us to our apartment rental in Sorrento. Great chat and even offered to pull over for pictures.

NIc picked us up from the Naples train station and met us inside which reduced the stress of navigating the station with luggage. He helped us with our bags and was so genuinely kind. He expertly transferred us to Massa Lubrense and gave us tips on places to get the best gelato and pizza at our next destination (Napoli). A 10/10 experience that removed the worry for our group

Nik was in touch with us right after we booked and eased any fear we had booking through Viator. He was right on time and met us right outside our platform. The trip from Naples to Sorrento flew, he drove very professionally through some of the most scenic views we have ever seen. We highly recommend Nik and his car service in his spacious MB vehicle! We were picked up inside the train terminal near the platform where we arrived. Luca was our driver, he immediately took all of our heavy baggage and let us out to a Mercedes Van, it was newer and very clean. Luca explained how long it would take to get to our hotel in Sorrento and he was a very smooth driver. He briefly stopped on the side of the road for us to take the photographs of the coast, and he explained each landmark as we drove past it.
When we arrived at our hotel, he once again helped us with all of our baggage. It was a great trip and we plan to use the same company on our return to Naples later this week.

I ended up booking this car transfer very last minute but they were very accommodating. Communication with Nicola was great and he was there when we arrived. The drive was very smooth. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend it.

We were in very good hands with our driver Luciano. We had some travel delays getting to the train station and he was very flexible with picking us up. He got us to Sorrento all safe and sound, which was much needed after a long travel day.

Our train arrived a little late but our driver, Luca, was waiting for us at the station with a huge smile! He helped with our bags and loaded the van and proceeded to take us to our hotel in the hills of Sorrento and pointing out historic places for us to see. He also stopped the van without us having to ask so we could take pictures of the sunset. Thank you Luca!

My sister and I required same day transportation reservations from the Naples train to our hotel in Sorrento. We booked on Viator in the morning and within a few hours we had a confirmation to be picked up from the train. What a relief it was to find reliable transportation on short notice. We were greeted with our names on a sign right when we arrived. Excellent service and very accommodating to our schedule.

Our family traveled from the Naples train station to Sorrento in comfort and style. Nicola was very communicative prior to the day of pick up as well as when there was an accident and he was a few minutes late getting to Naples. Nicola spoke very good English and shared fun facts along our drive. The van was so comfortable and fit all our luggage easily also. We loved the experience so much, we decided to book his company on the way back to Naples and that experience was perfect also!

Nik couldn’t have made our experience from Naploli Centrali to our destination near Sorrento any better. Upon arrival, he was waiting for us right next to the exit gate with a sign that had our name on it. He helped transport our luggage and we were on our way! Communication was a breeze, despite my wife and I having little knowledge of Italian. Nik was extremely friendly and gave us several recommendations for places to go, things to do and sites to see. After a stressful day of traveling he made us ease right in and finally start enjoying our vacation. If you’re looking for a stress free transport from Naples to Sorrento, vice versa, or anywhere in between I highly recommend requesting Nik.
