It was a good thing we pushed back our pickup time with our agent as we were an hour late getting into Naples. The driver was 23 minutes past the pickup time when he arrivedb(1pm). I told my husband that I would give them 30 minutes grace, since we were to be picked up at 1 pm, before we called the company to figure out where the driver was at. We did not need to make the call since he arrived at 23 after the hour.

The driver that is outside of baggage claim and was waiting for us when we got there. The van was very tall and hard for me to enter an exit. The driver pulled me out of the van when we got to our hotel so that I dropped hard so it was painful. Also, had we known that our hotel was only five minutes from the airport we would have booked alternate transport as this service was too expensive for the short drive.

I would recommend this service. Our flight was on time but our luggage never made it along with everyone else on the flight so we had to wait a long time for everyone to complete paperwork to claim their missing luggage. The airport transfer service was there waiting for us when we finally exited the airport! On the drive to Naples the driver was very curtious and recommeded some good places to eat which we tried and were not disappointed.

One star for driver being on time. But he couldn't find the accommodation and refused to wait for me to call the place to confirm exact location which according to Google maps, we were close to. Instead, he told me he was in a hurry for next pick up and drove onto another road where it was easier to park and shouted at me to get out, and this was 10pm at night as a solo female traveler! When I asked for clarification of where we were he directed me to now a completely opposite direction to walk. I told him to just wait a minute for me to get through to the accomodation reception on phone than to leave me out on the streets where it was convenient for him, He refused to even drive near the road I needed. In the end, had to ask stores nearby for directions and finally made it thanks to Google maps and yes, was opposite direction of where he was telling me to head off to. Very disappointed in the quality of service and very evil of the driver to abandon me like that!!!

Great service from a wonderful man by the name of Giovanni Terracciano. He was waiting for us at the airport terminal and was very courteous. We bonded with him instantly and even asked for him when we went on our tour of the Amalfi Coast. Great driver who is very knowledgeable about the area.
