Francesco met us at the train platform right on time and provided a seamless transfer to Sorrento. He pointed out the sights along the way and provided great recommendations. We had a long travel day so it was a delight to have a friendly and efficient transfer awaiting us.

Great Experience Hiring a Driver

Raffaele, our tour driver was awesome and so helpful. He communicated ahead of time that if we did not already have tickets and a guide for Pompeii that we should take care of that. I purchased tickets, but not a guide. Rafaele was easy to find when we arrived at the airport. He gave very helpful tips on the Tour of Pompeii and many other things. He assisted us in securing a guide when we arrived at Pompeii and continued to communicate via cell phone. The only complaint I have is that I found Viator was misleading regarding Pompeii. I thought when we spent over $500 that the tour was included. I was not happy about that!

Better Companies are out there- do your homework!

Compared to other transportation companies, we paid hundreds of euros more, and the van was not very comfortable. The driver tried his best, he spoke very very little English, but he had a handheld translator. It works, but was a bit awkward conversation. Again, no complaints about the driver’s demeanor, or timeliness. Just little things that were amplified by the €375 daytime fare. (Compared to our €175-ish return fare to Naples (with overnight charge).

Hi Drew, Obviously booking directly with a company and not through a broker you can save money but I don’t think I have to tell you that, regarding the service received, your train had a huge delay and we decided to provide the transfer searching a colleague available also if it was possible to cancel it without refunding anything, instead of a thanks you, we received a 3 stars review but that’s ok, other reviews, all the other reviews have 5 stars, that means that clients know that they pay for the best service and flexibility. Hi Sir, you left the Newark airport with 5 hours of delay and didn’t think to let us know it…obviously we don’t provide just one service in a day, so you think that we had to cancel all other services to wait for you at the airport? Probably you don’t know it but it is impossible to find cars available and we tried for 2 hours to find one but we weren’t able to find one, a taxi at the exit of the airport was the quicker solution. This could not have gone better. We needed to get from the Naples station to our hotel with a stop in Pompeii. What could have been a total hassle was super easy and no stress. Our driver was waiting for us exactly where they told us when we got off the train. It was an easy drive to Pompeii and we met up directly with our tour guide….DEFINITELY pay for them to hire you a guide. The tour was great with a super knowledgeable guide and when we were done it was straight back to the car and an a beautiful drive to our hotel in Sorrento. Definitely recommend this service!!!!

Rafael was prompt and after a quick call to good hearts limos I was able to spot him in the airport straight away. Taking a shared/private cab is much better than any other means of transportation especially because cabs in the area are very very expensive. Cabs can run you anywhere from at least 100€ and up from the airport at least… great option and great service. This option will always be cheaper than ordering cabs in the area especially to sorrento. Good Hearts after fees is just about 110€ and beyond worth the price. Highly Recommend!

We had a great experience. Our driver arrived early to pick us up. Our hotel was located in a pedestrian area and we couldn’t be picked up at the door, so he sent us a pinned location by text on the map so we could easily find him around the corner. He was very professional and friendly, the car was clean and we had an enjoyable and safe ride to our destination.

I am glad we booked a transfer instead of taking the bus to Napoli Central. The driver sent me a message the night before to tell us where to meet him. I provided our train time and he suggested the pick-up time to give us ample time at the station and avoid and issues with traffic delays. Large Mercedes-Benz sprinter van. A little bouncy with the stick shift but that was more of the road than the driver. We had a good experience.

This was more than just a car service! The entire drive from Napoli to Sorrento, the owner gave us historical information, tips of the best places to eat and fun things to do! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
