This is a must do. It was absolutely beautiful. The little town is so cute with great food and shopping. Take the chair lift to the top and see the most beautiful scenery ever. Our tour guide Raf was amazing!!!!!

Totally misleading descriptions and shady agency

Be aware that the description is totally misleading esp for the price they are asking. The guide only rides in the car and does not accompany you into the areas. They forgot to take us St Michelle as well as Blue Grotto (later claiming it was "closed" after being caught in a lie that it was not part of our tour). So essentially you are paying $800-$1000 for taxi service for two legs. Since we had to pay ourselves once they "stranded" us on Anacapri, we know that the taxi fair is 60 euros. You are better off taking the plentiful taxis on your own to the destinations (because they don't even provide entrance fees). I should add they didn't even deny not providing service but instead blamed Viator for "incorrect description" and told us to take up a refund with them. Viator, however, will only request a refund from the company, nothing more so don't be screwed like we were! Ask what you get and compare that to calling a taxi to n your own and you save hundreds of dollars!!

Dear Pradeep, this review is an unfair feedback. Unfortunately Tripadvisor/Viator is the only platform where anybody can write something, even if it's not true and the management won't take any fair action. Let's explain: We are running this tour for years, with great reviews. We offered to you all you booked, but unfortunately you arrived late to the meeting point, and we have been fair enough to wait more than the expected arrival times, but it doesn't matter. Once you arrived to the island our expert local guide took you to Capri, where your wife decided to do "shopping" instead of doing a cultural tour of the town, it's fine. A private car was booked for you and took you to Anacapri, where you had a lunch booked (you did this booking by yourself, and we tried to accommodate the itinerary accordingly with your needs) at 14.30pm at the Dior Restaurant. Now my question for you is: if you arrived late, and you had a fixed lunch, what could we do ? Aere we magicians? Also, the AI team if Viator decided (we did not know it until that day) to change our description adding things that we NEVER DO, like the BLUE GROTTO. Once you understood this issue, after we explained you that we did not know it, you started to ask for a refund. Unfortunately we have been honest enough to tell you the truth about the description and we apologized, but in your dishonest attitude, you found the trick to ask for a refund to your credit card company. Let's also explain that even if we were offering the blue grotto, the day of your tour was bad weather and nobody could go inside the grotto, and you knew it. Unfortunately Tripadvisor frozen the amount we should have received for this tour, because you raised the refund action through your credit card. Now, I would like to say to you, a person that at the first appearance seemed a good family father, after we helped you to by hydrofoil tickets without any service charge, after even if you were late we stayed there waiting for you, how do you feel? We paid the car, we paid the guide, but we did not receive money from you. We are truly sad after this experience because we bring our hearts in what we do as guides after years of sacrifices and study. Better to say the truth. I’m not a big review guy but if you go to Capri you need Paola as your guide. She is extremely knowledgeable and may as well be the Mayor of Capri. She knows everyone and will maximize your time on the island. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible and in some ways a life changing experience. You hear about Capri being pretty and nice, but there is no real way to prepare oneself for the feeling when standing on the top of Monte Solaro. Our guide, Rafaelle was tip-top. Not only knowledgeable but also clearly passionate about the island. His knowledge and sharing of the history of the island greatly enhanced our entire experience and what we will take away from this day. He also gave some suggestions for when we parted, and even walked us into and got a table at without a doubt, the most beautiful place I’ve ever had a meal. Cannot possibly give Rafaelle and this tour anything but my highest recommendation.
