Overall very good experience. There was long pick up list and took almost hour and half to reach boat. However Anastasia handled very well from than on. It would have been better if they tell you about bus and chair lift in advance. Altogether good experience and full marks to Anastasia for helping with beautiful smile.

Wonderful experience on the boat trip. Tour guides were friendly and quite helpful during the entire trip. The boat crew worked very hard even during some windy conditions. Capri was beautiful and would recommend this for anyone looking to see the island.

Amazing tour! Everything was even better than described! Very organized and the tour guides were very fun and cool. They picked us up at a hotel nearby, drove us to the doc, loaded us on the boat, hour long boat ride here, free time on the island for a few hours (which was perfect for a meal with a view), then boat tour around the island with a swim spot, and then back on the boat home. Definitely recommend for a day trip to Capri!

Capri is magnificent boat trip was great and information from the guides was very good. Spoilt for us by a complete lack of organisation by the tour operator. The time for meeting was brought forward by 1 hour, the bus was on time and we were transported to the harbour were we then had to stand in the heat for 1 hour with no shade and wait for the boat whose timing had not been changed , on arriving in Capri we were herded of the boat walked through a roped area and back on to the same boat, the difference being that in the meantime other people had been put on the boat, and had the pick of the seats. When we returned to the mainland the organisation excelled itself , the guide got of at the first stop and left us , on arriving at our set down it was just chaos with several buses /mini buses, nobody had a clue what was happening including the drivers as 1 managed to reverse into another. A great pity that incompetence and inexperience with the basics spoilt this tour

Capri is without any doubt a wonderful island.
Our trip however was unfortunately shadowed by the loss of my friends' phone and the poor help we received to take the necessary steps to report it to the police. We had to find out by ourselves where we had to report the loss (not easy when only Italian is spoken). Once we got to the police headquarters the
Napels police were extremely helpful!

What we appreciated most was being looked after. It would have been difficult for us to navigate from our bed-and-breakfast to Capri by ourselves. This tour took the worry away. However, we were picked up very early in the morning, and had a 50 minute wait at the small port, which was cold and windy with no waiting room or bathrooms. I understand the need to be early in case of traffic, but it would have been terrible if it was raining. The waters were quite rough, and although we enjoyed the small ferry and took it as an adventure, some other people got very seasick. So beware, it can be a very rough boat ride to the island. the smaller boat tour around the island was very enjoyable. But we were only able to see one side of the island because the waters were a bit rough. Also, the blue grotto was closed and the waters were high, so it didn’t look like anything. Just be aware that on a tour like this, everything is weather permitting. I think I was expecting a bit more tour in the town. It was going to add more expense to get into the town square so we just spent our four hours at the harbor. It was quite fun, watching the crowds and the vehicles and the hustle bustle of such a busy port. The van that picked us up in the morning was very nice and comfortable, but we were picked up afterwards in a very old rickety cargo van. I was in the back row, middle seat, with no seatbelt and a very rattling door behind me. I was bounced out of my seat a few times. We made the best of it, and laughed like it was an adventure, but really it was not acceptable for a tour company to provide this poor transport. All in all we had a wonderful day, and were able to see Capri in a very organized manner.

Our guide Eliana was very friendly and kind, and she spoke both English and Spanish fluently.
The day began with a pickup service from the meeting point, and we were taken to the port where we met our guide. There, we received information about how the day would unfold.
Upon arriving in Capri, there’s a boat tour, which is quite beautiful. I recommend sitting on the right side of the boat for the best views.
After the boat tour, you’ll have free time to explore on your own, but the guide provides a map and suggestions on what to do and how to get around. They recommend a tourist bus, but it's also possible to take the funicular, and for some places, you can walk, although it's uphill and involves stairs.
I really enjoyed it! I recommend trying the lemon gelato and visiting Piazza Umberto and the Gardens of Augustus (Giardini di Augusto).

Honestly I really enjoy the ride to and from the island of Capri. Our guides were helpful and made sure we had what we needed. We had time to explore the island as we wished for 4 hours and then we got to do the boat tour around the island. We did the swim stop and I am so thankful we did. It was fantastic especially with how hot it was and there is nothing like swimming in the Mediterranean. The water is a turquoise blue and it's beautiful. After the swim stop we finished the tour around the island I got a bunch of pictures and learn more about the Island itself. A big thank you to Gerry and Marlena with HP travel they were wonderful and to the girls who were the guides telling as about the Island while on the cruise around the island you did a wonderful job. Definitely recommend this one. I hope to one day come back.

My family enjoyed this tour from Naples, especially the swim, cruise around Capri, and extended free time in Capri. My only complaint is we did have to wait for more than 40 minutes to board the ferry to Capri. And since the meeting time was very early in the morning, those 40 minutes would have been nice. But that being said, this was a fantastic tour and the cruise around the island and swim stop were wonderful. I would do it again and recommend it.

This was an amazing experience. The tour started off on time and everybody from the HP travel including the tour guides Eliana and Marlene and the cruise attendants were very professional and helpful. The tour around the Capri island was just out of this world. The free time in Capri was great with tips from the tour guides as well as purchasing the chairlift tickets upfront from them saved a lot of time. The bus and taxi rides (personal expense) on the island are a great way to experience the island. The views from up top are stunning. Capri is a great island and a must see. Pick up and drop off arrangements were spot on. Hats off to the HP team.

We really enjoyed the picture perfect sites, the chair lift to anacapri and the pizza for lunch. The bus drive was an experience we won’t forget. Both Eliana and Marlena were friendly and gave exceptional advice for how to spend our time in Capri. We would highly recommend this trip!

Going around the island on the boat seeing all the grottos and going under the arch was delightful. The gardens and view from Capri was also wonderful.
Just know that if you plan to go up the funicular you need to purchase the tickets from a separate kiosk situated past the funicular entrance next to the small beach before joining the queue

The transfers were good both ways. The boat trip was very nice there and back. It was calm sea so not too rough. the trip around the island was good and we got some great photos. Capri was great and we walked on the Island from the port and came across a sign that said Capri Central, so we ended up in the centre which you can go up by cable car. This was the highlight of the day with all the great shops and restaurants. Also had some beach time. Staff on the boat great and guide was great. Would really recommend. Thanks for an amazing day.

Marlene, Vicenzo and the boat crew/staff were great, super friendly and helpful. As expected Capri was amazing and it was the next best thing short of actually adding the small boat into the lagoons (the boat(s) got impressively close to the lagoons and caves). It would be great if they offered all inclusive packages for the bus transportation on the island and the boat cruises so that everyone knew the additional pricing and expectations up front. Otherwise, great staff and experience!

We had to stop and wait for other tourists in a nearby port, then we had to stop in Capri, wait again for another boat so we could change and do the tour of the island - all wasted time that we could have spent walking and enjoying Capri and not in line to change boats and wait other tourists.
Additionally, there was no maps or guide of where to go or how to spend the remaining hours in Capri..

Perfect one day trip to Capri. They have swimming option for extra €15 which is totally worth it, even if you don’t intend to swim since you get to go with a smaller group. All the staff were super helpful and nice.

Amazing experience, must do it with the swimming option!
The guides are warm and welcoming.
It’s a full day tour (bus picked us up at 7:20am and we didn’t get back until 6pm) so pack a day bag with snacks, plenty of water, and sunscreen.
It’s 1.5 hrs from the Naples port to the island of Capri where you are split into groups for different boats, depending if you chose swimming or not.
We did the swimming portion and the Mediterranean Sea was unbeatable. Absolutely amazing. The boat tour does a great job showing you around the island and helping you get the best pictures.
If you choose to swim, please wear bathing suit underneath. There is no place to change on the boat. The water is warm, salty, and amazing. No fishes around and you can see a few feet under you.
When you get to explore the island itself, bring good walking shoes. Food is expensive (it’s an Island) and walking to the top has an incredible view but the sun beats down on you and the stairs are steep.

Overall, I can look back on this Capri trip fondly. There were a few bumps along the way, however, that created stress and confusion.
To start, the meeting points are decided when you book, but they confirm the time they are going to pick you up the day before. Keep in mind they may make several changes to this time the night before... The next day, during pick-up, there are other tours with the same company arriving at the same meeting-place. They have specific busses for certain people, so be sure to pay attention for if and when someone calls your name. From there, you are whisked off to a port.
Once there, you have to pay a 2.50 Euro fee per person for Capri before getting your ticket. I was told this must be paid IN CASH. Thankfully a nice lady at a nearby coffee shop helped me out with this, as I don't carry cash when traveling. Then we had to wait for our boat another hour. There is an "American Bar" at the end of the pier that has great coffee and kind service if you need to wait.
Once on the boat, it was smooth sailing. It's about an hour ride to Capri, and your tour guide will come around to discuss the itinerary with you. In total, there were about 120 people who were separated into a Swimming and Non-Swimming tour by the color of your wristbands. Once off the boat, that is when they decide which group will do a boat-tour and which are given free time on the island.
We were in the Swimming group. If you choose this option, come prepared with your swimsuit on. There is nowhere to change on either boat, and if you'd like to use a bathroom on the dock you have to pay a fee. There is also no guarantee that you are swimming at the start or end of the day. Another review I read had the swimming at the end, but we started our day with this. If you come prepared with your own towel and a bag with a change of clothes, you would be better prepared.
The boat tour itself was great. The tour had about 50 people on it, but was still enjoyable. The tour guide Cristiano was kind and funny. The swimming experience was awesome. It lasted a little over an hour.
After the boat tour, (or before) you are given the remaining of the day to tour the island. You could take the endless stairs to the center of Capri, or the train and busses to Anacapri. There's lots to do on the island, but keep in mind that none of the excursions are included, and most of the sites require a fee.
The way back was another hour of a ferry ride. The disembark was a bit confusing, as there is no guarantee they are dropping you off at the same port you arrived on. You have to pay attention to the tour guide as she will call your name if you are to get off at a certain stop. It was a mad dash to the busses after this, and a whirlwind ride into Naples before being dropped off around 19:00.
I did really enjoy the trip, but knowing the itinerary and some more details before would have made the experience less stressful.
