Amalfi coast drive

Roberto was our tour guide and greeted us at the port with a sign. We also had a driver Manuela. We both enjoyed the trip with Roberto answering our questions, along with pointing out items. Plenty of time at each stop, and we modified the day to suite our time frame. Roberto recommended a lunch spot that had spectacular views of the Amalfi coast.

Peno our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. Was a great day for our family of 3. Taking the van was much better than a large bus! We got picked up at our hotel in Naples at 9am and dropped off at 5pm. We had stops in Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. So beautiful!

Amazing tour. Our tour guide went above and beyond to meet our needs. Some spontaneous stops and treasures- like the Emerald cave. He was so knowledgeable, easy to understand and generally a nice person all around. This was our last day of our trip and it was a pleasure to experience it with this tour guide.

Great Day along Amalfi Coast

Great day! All of our group enjoyed the stops along the Amalfi Coast. Definitely was the highlight of our trip! Our driver Pino was knowledgeable and shared much of the history along the route. He recommended a fabulous restaurant, Garden Ravello with spectacular views! We even stopped for a slice of margarita pizza to share before boarding our ship. Needed to experience all that we could on our visit! Highly recommend. Although confirm location pick up as we did however the parking was insane and the driver couldn’t get in the lot and was not waiting with a sign with our name on it outside the ship. Viator gave us the drivers number and a very nice taxi driver helped us locate him. That was the only hiccup encountered but stressful at the time. The driver should have left in plenty of time avoiding this but things happen and it all worked out in the end.

My son and I had a wonderful experience on our tour of the Amalfi coast. We avoided the bus traffic in our private car and saw all of the wonderful views of Amalfi, Poisitano and Sorrento. Our driver was terrific and I strongly recommend this tour

Amalfi coast is amazing and really enjoyed seeing the stunning landscape and villages there. Unfortunately we booked the trip during a holiday weekend. The towns were crowded with people and there was so much traffic delaying our progress that we had to skip a couple of planned places to visit (like Positano) so we could make it back on time to our cruise ship departure. I rate the area with 5 stars but gave it a 3-4 star since we were unable to see everything we were supposed to.

Viator Canceled Tour Yet Still Charged CC and Received Confirmation Day Before

We were waiting at our pick up point by the hotel on time. We waited 15 minutes and our driver did not show up. We called the company to inquire where they were and they said Viator had canceled our trip. We did not cancel this tour! I was charged for the entire tour in August, over $700 on my credit card, and received a confirmation for our tour the day before we were supposed to go on it. When we called the local tour operator, the tour company said they did not receive any payment from you and we had them send us the cancelation email you sent them. However, I have the $750+ charge on my credit card from Viator. This left us stranded and in a huge bind. We are very disappointed. We were looking forward to exploring the Amalfi coast with youand we were not able to. Please help us in fixing this and please refund the money on my credit card asap.

Vinchencio was amazing. You can tell he loves his job- great energy and a wealth of knowledge. Weather didn't allow us to see the blue grotto. But 4 of us did a ride around the island instead. Our driver was very experienced and pleasant. It's amazing how they manage to pass each other on such narrow roads. The coastal scenery was as beautiful as expected even on a cloudy and rainy day. We took the mountain path from Naples to Ravello first and that was not a ride for the faint-hearted, but it was fantastic to go through the woods in autumn and take in views of the sea below.

tour muy recomendable y relajado; chofer muy dispuesto a cumplir con deseosde los clientes. lo único cuestionable fue llegar a Ravello y Amalfi tras un viaje por las montañas. habría preferido más viaje costero aunque después regresamos a Nápoles por carretera que tomamos en Vietri sur Mare, tras haber pasado por Minori y Maaggiori. Nos premió con tour por Nápoles, que en rigor no estaba incluido.
