Disembark your cruise ship and look for your guide—he'll be holding a sign with your party's name on it. Climb aboard your comfortable tour vehicle and set off for the Amalfi Coast. In Positano, your driver will drop you off in the pedestrian area to explore on your own. Amble down the picturesque streets and duck in to the many shops and cafés. It is a long drive to the Amalfi Coast with little opportunities for a bathroom break. Plan accordingly. Lots of walking through narrow streets so wear very comfortable shoes. The roads are very narrow and curvy so if someone is prone to motion sickness, take medication before the drive. But seriously, this trip is so worth the views and experiences. Enjoy!

This was an adults trip with 4 x of us total. Annamarie met us right outside the cruise port (sign with my name on it). Once all of the party had arrived, we walked to a great air conditioned vehicle and traveled along the Amalfi Coast seeing Sorrento and Positano. Annamarie and the driver were great -providing some history about the area as well as some conversation. She also led us to a restaurant (funnily enough called the Foreigners club) with great Caprese Ravioli. This was the second time my husband and I have booked this excursion because we had such a great time on our first one in 2023. Would recommend to anyone!
-if you get motion sick, take precautions. Amalfi coast is wind-y.

An incredible experience. We were greeted by our guide for the day right at the terminal. Simona took great care of us. She pointed out the important sights, shared Italian history and parked in excellent spots. She also suggested a great restaurant for lunch in Sorrento. Positano is a can’t miss stop. I would highly recommend this tour and Simona!

Salvatore promptly picked us up as we disembarked our Disney Cruise. He was very friendly and very accommodating to our family. Due to a road closure near Positano, our itinerary was changed for the day. We drove on the coast to Amalfi and then to Ravello. We were fine with that as we were able to enjoy the beautiful views of the Amalfi coast and spend time leisurely walking around both towns. We also were treated to a stop at Cello, a small family Limoncello distillery to sample, meet the family, see inside their business and purchase limoncello which they shipped to us. We had a wonderful day and Salvatore got us back to our cruise port in plenty of time to board our ship. He was fun to get to know as he shared with us about his family and life growing up in the area. We would definitely recommend this excursion!

The whole group enjoyed it.,our driver was wonderful. Due to a rockslide, we did not get to go to Sorrento or Positano, which was disappointing, but Amalfi and Ravello were a close second.

Our guide - Antonio was the BEST! His knowledge of the Amalfi Coast was on point. He was extremally personable and flexible with the schedule - keeping us on time to get back to the cruise ship. We would have loved for the day to last longer - but with a short time in port - he made sure we saw the most import sights to make our day at the Amalfi Coast memorable. We highly recommend this tour and defiantly ask for Antonio - Mamma Mia!

The tour itself was beautiful however it was dominated by one of the guests who had a private conversation with the driver in the front of our van. We were seated in the back and couldn’t hear him. The driver could have been more attentive to the needs of the group not only one person who directed the activities of the day,

These situations are delicate and difficult to handle also for us. We aim to make all our guests happy, and it is common sense to let the driver leading the conversation. At the same time we cannot shut our guests up from talking.
So we recognize it was an unpleasant situation and our driver should have been more careful about this.
This job is beautiful because despite 10 years of experience, there is not a single day where we don't learn something new.
Of course we are sorry if this was not the greatest experience we could deliver to you that day, although we truly hope we can be given another chance in the future to prove you that these comments can only help us improve our travel services, and our guests experiences.

Please note - this excursion does NOT go into Amalfi town! Should be called “Amalfi coastline excursion.” We stopped at 2-3 side of road photo opt pit stops. This was along the way to Positano Town (1.0hr stop to freely roam). Then went to Sorrento Town (2.0hr stop to freely roam). Even though the itinerary said pass by Amalfi and Ravello, we did not.
Positive:
Driver and guide was great and experienced with the winding roads! It was semi private with 2 other couples. Pick up was right at the ship dock. Drop off was good timing. Plenty of time to roam the two small towns. Great views along the driving route!

By doing this tour, one of the things that one can learn is that the Amalfi coast is a long and busy coastline that if done while on a shore excursion, with limited time, there needs to be a choice among the town you visit.
In the description of this tour, we list all the potential towns that can we visit, but then a choice needs to be made among the small group of guests.
We hope you can return and try our travel services again, so we can prove you that we are definitely worth 5*****.

Our driver Adriano was amazing! He was prompt picking us up at the port of Naples. He took us to Sorrento and Positano which were beautiful. He was an excellent driver and kept us entertained along the way. I then requested to eat pizza in Naples and he took us to a local place where he eats with his family. We had an amazing day with Adriano, do yourself a favor and ask for him when booking in the Naples area!

DISAPPOINTING. We wanted to stop along the coast for photos as it turned out to be a beautiful day and see three different towns like was advertised. Our guide was Salvatore who was both friendly and knowledgeable, yet our tour of six adults only included one stop where he took photos of us in front of the water (no coastline) and 1 hr. at Positano and 2 hrs. in Sorrento. When I showed him the itinerary of also choosing either Ravello or Amalfi, he replied, "They can say you can see five towns, but we only have time for these two." False advertising?

Salvatore is our best driver, and he tries to accomodate all our guests requests.
We always recommend to visit no more than two towns on the Amalfi Coast among those listed, because from our experience, it is not a really enjoyable day to tour 3 or even 4 towns on the Amalfi Coast during a 7h tour, having often cruiseships with a tight schedule.
Salvatore never said to you that our tour is false adversting. He only explained that seeing all 3 or 4 towns would have meant staying approximately 15 or 30 minutes max in each town.
These agreements on the itinerary need to be made in the morning while leaving the port with the rest of the group.
We remind you that this is not a private tour, and the success of the day often depends by the group agreeing to the itinerary and getting along with one another.
That day, Salvatore explained to the rest of the group how the tour would have been if going to Amalfi and Ravello in addition to Positano and Sorrento, and the majority of the group would not prefer to see everything in a rush, but just two towns with enough time to relax, shopping and eating.
Unfortunately we could not ignore what the majority of a group of guests wants to do.
We hope next time we can be given another chance to prove you that we are definotely not worth 2**, but much more.

The Amalfi Coast is beautiful and Antonio took us to Amalfi and Ravello which we requested. He was a very good driver but not a guide as English was difficult for him. We didn’t expect him to come into the towns with us but did expect information as we were driving along and he wasn’t able to provide that

We were a group of 4 and chose this tour specifically to see the Amalfi coast. Unfortunately we only made it to Sorrento and then we were left there for 3 hours on our own. There was almost no information given on the ride so it was just a very expensive cab ride from Naples to Sorrento. We stopped twice for quick pictures along the way and also briefly at a limoncello factory/store. The overview and title state Amalfi Coast - didn’t see any of it. Description states driver and guide included - no guide just driver. Also says stops can include Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello and Positano - only saw Sorrento. The driver said it was impossible to get from Naples to Amalfi and back in 7 hours. We could have taken a water taxi from Naples to Sorrento for a third of the price if that was all we wanted. Only good thing about this day was the restaurant recommendation.

You were on your way to Positano in the morning, but it took too long to get there, and apparently everyone in the group preferred to stop in Sorrento only to have more time.
Our driver Lisa is very informative and inclined to meet our guests needs and expectations, we are very surprised by your complaint. We'll surely look into it and try to improve our tour.

The tour guide Salvatore was excellent in his communication and very knowledgeable. He explained everything about Amalfi coast and Ravallo. Very ethical and a careful driver. Will hire him again
