Driver was an hour late picking us up resulting in us missing half of a prepaid, scheduled event. I realize traffic is congested, but so should the folks doing the scheduling. In talking to our driver, clearly he was overbooked all day.

Hi Dean, Frank here, our drivers aren’t overbooked, they do regular transfers perfectly planned but if there’s a mortal accident on the only one road we have….what we could do? Fly? If your hotel concierge is able to send you a helicopter and you have money enough to pay for it, please book with them the next time, otherwise you’ll have to better plan your events as you don’t know th wares and booked an event too close to your arrival time. If the train as usual is in delay we wait without complaining, how is it possible to complain for a mortal accident with a company that ha d to reschedule everything cause to delays? However, thanks for your review, these reviews help me a lot, when I’m sad, I look at them and understand that I’m in better conditions than others.

Perfect Way to Get to Positano!

I wouldn’t recommend any other way to get to Positano from Naples. Ferdinando was waiting for us on the train platform at Napoli Centrale and led us right to the van, which had AC and cold waters waiting for us. Leading up to the pickup, we could message with the tour operator on whatsapp to give updates on our arrival time. As we drove, Ferdi told us about the area and even where the best views would be to take pictures from the car. He let us play our music via Bluetooth and told us about the local traditions/history of the Amalfi Coast. He dropped us off right in front of our hotel so we didn’t have to walk up any of the steep hills with our luggage. It made our travel day so much easier and more pleasant. Thank you Ferdi! 😊

Outstanding service! Our baggage took almost an hour to retrieve and driver waited patiently and was very friendly. Air conditioned Mercedes SUV transported us safely and comfortably.

Paolo was very professional, helpful, and such a skilled driver. The vehicle was very clean and we so appreciated the complimentary water. He made us feel safe and drove so confidentially. Our flight was delayed but our driver, Lorenzo, was waiting for us with a sign at the airport. He gave us a great discussion of local places to visit and eat during our trip and helped us arrange another personal tour with this company during our ride. He got us right to our hotel and helped us move in during a light rain.

Our original driver ended up getting a flat tire on his way to pick us up from Naples and we didn’t find out until we arrived and called which was frustrating. However, Odilia came very quickly and the ride ended up being so enjoyable. She pointed things out for us to look at / know more about and the ride was very smooth. She made it so much better!

Hi Kirsten, we are drivers, we are everyday on the road and happens to have a flat tyre! Obviously the driver was trying to change the tyre very quickly in order to pick up you on time and as it was under pressure for what happened he forgot to call me. You waited totally 10 minutes, 3 stars aren’t a fair review also because you had a good service as you said! Next time try to book a teleportation service so you’ll not need a driver and you’ll skip all the risks connected to a car service. Best regards, Frank

NOBODY SHOW UP TO PICK US UP

Although the service was already paid, nobody show up to pick us up from the Naples airport to take us to the San Pietro hotel (Confirmation N° 1305710898; Ref.: 915971046). I am expecting the reimbursement of the service paid.

I’m trying to tell to the customer care that this review was left for the wrong company, the reservation number isn’t mine and the client booked 3 different services, 2 with us and one with another company that left them at the airport without a car. I met them there and I helped the clients calling the company and the owner said that had not a car available. I hope they will have their money back and Viator will cancel this review or will help Carlos to leave the correct one for me!

We traveled from Naples to Positano as part of our honeymoon tour of Europe. Although slightly more expensive, this was such an easy and smooth way to get to Positano, versus the combination of trains and shuttles that we would have had to take otherwise. Definitely worth it.

We had a great scenic drive from the Naples airport to Positano, beautiful!! Mike Fiorentino did a fantastic job of giving us historic information along the way. I would recommend him to everyone!!! We used him again to go back to Rome which was also a very comfortable ride (much more comfortable than a day of cabs, trains, walking, etc). We made a 2-hour stop to see Pompeii and the tour guide he recommended was amazing! Use Mike and ask him for his recommendations, all were a supplement to our trip and experience!
