Your tour begins on Piazza del Duomo, beneath the arches of the Benetton store. Here, you’ll greet your guide and immediately launch into a historical overview of the Duomo, the third-largest Catholic church in the world.
Begin by admiring the Duomo’s grandiose Gothic façade, replete with gargoyles, elaborate carvings, and statues and then, with your skip-the-line ticket in hand, you’ll bypass lines and head straight inside the magnificent Duomo: ethereal light pours through stained-glass windows, countless statues and shrines decorate the naves, and the main altar provides a spectacular showpiece.
Then, after bidding your guide farewell at the Duomo’s entrance, take advantage of free entry to the Museo del Duomo, whose exhibits detail the construction of the cathedral.

Our tour started late, and ran longer then the 1 hour tour we had signed up for. We had an Olympic event to go to so we had to leave it early. The guide was friendly but not very exciting to listen to. We were traveling as two groups of families, with children and the children all lost interest and left the group quickly to look around on there own. (Not the way they normally react to guides).

The tour was very informative but I was disappointed that it did not include access to the roof. For the price we paid, it should have been included.

We would like to clarify that the tour you booked was titled “Skip-the-Line Duomo Tour”, which includes guided access to the Duomo interior only. Rooftop access was not included in the reservation, nor indicated in the tour description at the time of booking.
We understand your disappointment; however, the services provided fully matched what was booked and advertised.
Should you wish to visit the rooftops on a future occasion, we would be happy to assist you with a separate booking.

It is not the tour company’s fault, but because of large protests in Milan, we could not reach the starting point. The police had all major roads in the city closed for many hours yesterday. The company sent me the tickets and we will try to tour the cathedral today on our own.

Our skip the line was NOT skip the line. Very disappointing. We had to stand in line 30 minutes to get in the cathedral. Our guide was very upset that they would not let us in. It was not her fault. There was a mix up somewhere. Our guide was excellent but we had to rush the whole expert due to standing in the long line.

Very interesting and good guiding. No queues to get in, because of the skip-the-line. Some issues with the sound dropping out from the earpiece and a delayed start because of organizers not having the equipment ready.

Terrible tour. There was no sign so we did not know where to meet our guide leaving us to approach someone and ask if they wwre part pf our tour.
There was no communication when the person who had the headphones was nearly 15 minutes late. Guide did not explain anything and walked us through the Duomo without trying to keep us all together. She was very difficult to understand and then the tour ended early. She seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Very disappointed

I received a message the day before my original 11.30am tour informing me the guide was ill and they said the only slot available was now 4.30pm. Luckily I was able to reschedule another tour so accepted the new time. The guide turned up 4.30pm, not a minute earlier, he then spent time chatting to a different group and finally remembered us! More fumbling around to find the tickets on his phone until we finally got going. The headphone was barely audible and you had to stand at the side of him in order to hear. We were rushed around with snippets of information here and there and 45 minutes later he informed us the tour was over! Don't waste your money!

The guide was knowledgeable about the Duomo. I love the story behind the stained glass windows. Impressive altar with the relic. Another highlight was the sundial. Amazing visit at the Duomo.

We had a small group tour with Maria Sabina Sabatine. Wow! What an amazing guide! she took us on an amazing verbal journey of the history of this breathtaking Duomo in Milan. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she had a passion for the history she was relaying to us. She obvious loves being a historian herself. This was the best tour ever for a walking tour and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a true sight into the history of this Duomo. Hands down, the best!
