Itinerary

Meet a driver at your hotel for a morning departure, then board a vintage bus for some exploring.

Make the first stop of the day beside the Cottonera Lines, a series of fortifications that form the Three Cities’ outermost defenses. Find out about the Knights of Malta that built and fortified the cities, then continue through Cospicua, whose history stretches back to Neolithic times.

Keep driving to the harbor city of Vittoriosa, a longtime haven for soldiers, sailors, and merchants, with a strategic location by the Grand Harbour. Learn about the dramatic events of the 1565 Great Siege of Malta as you cross a land bridge to Senglea, a spectacular island city-turned peninsula.

Your guide will share bits of Maltese history and lore as you tour Senglea, which is home to historic landmarks, churches, and atmospheric cafes with perfect views of the water. Following your time in Senglea, make the return trip to your original departure point, where this tour concludes.

The bus did not turn up.

3 of us stood by the Tanti ice cream Kiosk from 14.05 ready for 14.30 so that we would be early. The bus did not turn up. All 3 of us were constantly looking out for it and being a Vintage bus it would have stood out. We could not have missed it. It did not turn up. Very poor.

The seat was surely not the most comfy but the guide was really good , an easy way to see the 3 cities with my little one without exhausting too much ourself . I will say it was like going by in time with this bus really interesting

RUbbish company and full of crap. Staff very rude and they lied that the bus had come at Slilema and it never come. No proper guidance and I have looked at other reviews about this company and they all the say the SAME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SUPREME TRAVEL ARE RUBBISH.

Great experience with our enthusiastic driver and guide David. He moves his way through the traffic while telling stories about the areas we are passing. Pit stop of 30min at Vittoriosa with time for a walk in thus nice city. Thank you, David !

Bus never turned up,when I phones said we had missed it even though we was there 30mins early. Had to get on hop on bus to location. When arrived trip had gone wouldn't go with this company again . No apology just said it was our own fault joke

Recently restored vintage bus from the 50s was gorgeous and the driver was very friendly . A good and convenient way to see the Three Cities in the heat!

Different, slowly paced tour of not super-touristy areas

We chose this trip because we hadn't spent much time in the Three Cities on prior trips to Malta, and the vintage bus was a fun twist. It was nice, and we heard some interesting facts about the history of this area. Things to be aware of: The driver is a man of few words. He might come off as gruff to some, doesn't give a ton of information, just highlights, and can't answer questions while driving. The 90-minute tour includes a 20-minute stop in Birgu, where a bathroom stop is offered, provided you go to a café and purchase something. For the price, though, for us it was okay, and we didn't mind helping to keep that vintage bus running.
