Boring rode by caves, went to blue lagoon, thought we could swim off boat (this was advertised as a sailboat), nope had to haul asses up rock show a QR code that we could not hear over the speaker on the boat, walk to a small water hole to swim with 100 Other people, water was beautiful but look for an excursion with food, drinks, snorkeling and swimming right off a Sailboat….

We’re sorry to hear that the excursion did not meet your expectations, although we are pleased that you enjoyed the beautiful waters of the Blue Lagoon. We would, however, like to clarify a few points, as it appears there may have been some misunderstanding about what is included in the excursion. The boat excursion includes a scenic cruise along Malta and Comino, including the opportunity to see the caves and coastline from the water, followed by a visit to the Blue Lagoon. The boat is advertised as a sailing boat, but this does not mean that passengers are guaranteed to swim directly from the boat. Swimming arrangements and access points can vary depending on the conditions, location and operational requirements on the day. The Blue Lagoon is one of Malta’s most popular attractions, and during peak periods it can understandably become busy. We unfortunately cannot control the number of other visitors at the lagoon or surrounding swimming areas. Regarding the QR code and announcements, we’re sorry if you had difficulty hearing the instructions from the boat. The QR code is used to provide passengers with the relevant information and access details, and we appreciate that this can be frustrating if the instructions were not clearly heard. It is also worth clarifying that this particular excursion is not advertised as an all-inclusive boat experience with food, drinks, onboard snorkelling equipment and swimming directly from the vessel. Different excursions offer different inclusions, and we always recommend checking the tour description before booking to ensure the experience matches what you are looking for. We completely understand that you may have preferred an excursion offering food, drinks and swimming directly from the boat. However, that does not make the excursion you booked misleading or unsuitable for everyone. Many of our guests choose this experience specifically to enjoy the coastal scenery, caves and time at the Blue Lagoon. We’re sorry that this particular experience wasn’t what you were hoping for, but we hope this clarification helps future guests understand exactly what the excursion offers before booking.
