I chose this company because it can accomodate 5 person (incl 2 small kids) in a tuktuk which the other company with higher rating cannot. Despite the lower rating and higher price, i thought maybe those people are just unlucky. But turns out this company's ratings and reviews reflect their real unprofessionalism I rarely wrote bad reviews or even any reviews at all but i think out of all my viator experiences, this tuk tuk tour is my first extremely bad experience and people should not be scammed for the 2nd time The driver which I did not get his name, a Filipinos who has stayed in Madrid for 10years, tried to cut down our 2hr booking to 1.5hr and insist on extending our tour by paying extra. After explaining and showing the proof that we bought a 2hr tour, he reluctantly agreed to continue the tour. But only to bring us to a Christopher Colombo statue by a long detour and then said that our time is over again. We did not even get to see the Royal Palace. When we asked to drop us at the Royal Palace for our final stop, he insisted on purchasing an extension of tour again. We refused because we thought a 2hr tour is supposed to cover that. Then we chose not to argue anymore and asked to be dropped at a nearby restaurant which is just 5mnt away. He said it is too far away and our time is up and his excuse now that he has another job waiting. But isn't he selling for an extension of time just a while ago? We gave up, feeling very disappointed and sad. There is no use arguing. He just wants us to get off right there with no good intention at all. My advice is to choose wisely for the tuktuk company, their bad ratings are real.

Driver 20 mins late. Then said our tour was only for an hour when we paid Viator for a 2hr tour. Melvin said his company only got $90 of the $176 we paid. Therefore his boss authorized him to give us a 90 min tour. Guide never said what our itenerary was. Only Stopped at Cathedral San Fran & we had to pay admin fee. Melvin was nice but complained of traffic & insisted we were running out of time. He was nice enough to take us to our hotel rather that original demark point. This experience worries me about future tours I have booked w Viator. I heard they were a reputable company & vetted their partners.

It was great to see a lot of cool places and learn about the history of Madrid BUT the guy who drove us was kinda in a hurry like running tru the tour so he was just driving fast and didn’t pay attention to the holes on the road so we were bumping so hard that would hurt or scare us but overall it was fine

Our Tuk Tuk guide with Tuk Tuk Limo Tours was excellent. We had a 2 hour tour in which our guide drove us around Madrid and we even got to hop off 3 times to walk into a Food Market on the otherside of town called Mercado de la Paz, got a picture of all 4 of us in front of the Royal Palace as well as to got a picture within the park at the Temple of Debod. It was worth every penny. Highly recommend using this company. Very professional and trustworthy. -Rich

Information should explain that address is a hotel that has nothing to do with the business and that you wait in front of this hotel. We signed up for a party of 5 but the vehicle was for 4. We had to squeeze in.

Guide arrived almost 20 minutes late with no apology. I do not even think he knew he was late, just who had where to find. Not sure that was on him. He was insightful and knowledgeable and polite. He was helpful with group pictures of my family. We were scheduled 4-7 PM AND ONLY LASTED 4:20 - 6 PM. I don’t think it was entirely his fault, I think his company didn’t provide him correct information. I tried to contact company, but no response while waiting for guide until I contacted VIATOR directly through their app. VIATOR was very helpful in getting my family’s guide to show up. Thank you to VIATOR, but not to MADRID TUKTUK…

Guide was parked just on the corner 5 m away from you but somhow you couldnt see him I told to Jose Antonio to tell you that. Have it on Whasupp! So my appogoise for that! Total waste of money

The driver was 30 min late we had to call him twice to see where he was. Did not seem to know or could not communicate about sites very well. When asked a question did not understand. This was definitely not worth the money, I would call it a complete waste and more of taking advantage of tourists

Messed up reservation

I booked a 2 hour tour for 2 pm. After I had waited for 20 minutes at the pick up spot, I found out they had me listed for 10 am, so they had to find another driver for me. Then they told me the tour is only for 90 minutes because Viator takes a portion of the fee.

We booked a tour for English. Our driver did his best to communicate, but fell short while trying to describe the city. Some friends of ours had booked a similar tour also through Viator, but their driver made several stops along the way for them to get out and take photos. This gave them about a 3 hour tour. Ours was barely 1 and a half hours with no stops. We were not told that was an option. For the money, our friends got much more for what they paid for. As for recommendations, I'd recommend their tour. Make sure to ask your guide to make stops, then you can justify the cost. To be honest, it probably would've been less expensive to hire a cab to drive us around town.

We chose a TukTuk tour because one member of our party was unable to walk a lot. Our driver was friendly, helpful, and easy to understand. Being on a TukTuk really limited where we could go. Much of historic Madrid is made for walking only, so compared to walking tours, I found the TukTuk tour lacking. This was NOT the driver's fault. If I could not walk far, or if I only had a couple hours to spend, this would be an OK option to see Madrid. But I would definitely recommend a walking tour over a tuktuk tour if it's an option for you.
