Fantastic tour. Guide was very informative and passionate about Toledo. Honestly, there’s so many beautiful structures and so much history, that one day wasn’t enough. My husband and I are already planning our next trip to the beautiful city of Toledo!

Interesting site big bus very sloppy

Interesting site. Bus was half hour late, we missed the 1800 cut off to go into the cathedral as a result. The air conditioning was set uncomfortably cold and we could not stop the airflow. As a result I now have a sinus infection. Also the USB was not working so we could not charge our phones. Our guide was great but his command of English was poor. As a result I had a number of questions but the people speaking Spanish kept interrupting us.

Cathedral visit amazing to see the architecture and all details. Organs in Cathedral is something Synagogue - I see it first time , it was very simple and peacefull

Toledo on tour operators pace not yours

Toledo on your own pace was not “on your own pace”. Obligatory sword shop killed an hour of valuable time. Two stops for photos also ate into valuable exploration time.

Great tour, comfortable bus with AC, panoramic tour was good, you stop to take amazing pictures. The tour was good but it did no show the mosque of Christ of the light or the synagogue so had to go see them ourselves on the free time given, but in the description for the tour it mentioned we would pass by them. So would be good if the tour included that.

The tour was a god value for the price. It included a round trip ride and walking tour. The guide was friendly and informative, and it was nice having some free time to explore Toledo on your own.

NOT an English speaking tour!

The tour guide spoke in Spanish was more often as there only 6 people in the tour that spoke English. On our bus return there was no one from tour company, just the bus driver who only spoke Spanish. We were not returned to the original departure spot and thrown off of the bus at a random place. ì think it had something to do with a street being closed. Had there been an English speaking guide on the bus with us we would have gotten off the bus at the earlier stop much closer to our hotel. We had to pay 18 euro to take a taxi back to the hotel.

Unprofessional and poor experience

We had to wait for close to 2 hours at the end of the tour for the pick up back to Madrid. This could have been avoided if there was proper communication by the organiser on the lateness. Our group was tired after the long day excursion and no one was available to inform us of the delay! And the guide on the bus did little to explain to us about the city. He was rushed and not comprehensible in his explanations. Terrible and unprofessional service. Would not recommend.

I changed the date of this tour without any hassle at all. The tour organiser is very understanding and flexible.On the way to the historic centre on top we were taken to 2 vantage points where we all managed to take pictures of that iconic scene of Toledo. It's actually quite easy to do this on your own by bus and/or train from Madrid and save money for other things.That will give you more time to appreciate the beauty of Toledo over sunset.

A guia do tour foi excelente, só que ela passa a acompanhar o grupo (o de Espanhol) a partir da chegada a Toledo e o tempo gasto com explanação é muito longo. E apenas ao final da explanação histórica nos é dado cerca de 1 hora para explorar a cidade, o que é insuficiente, muito corrido e extremamente frustrante, pois mal se anda pelas ruas de Toledo. A parte de explicação deveria ser dada no trajeto do ônibus para se dispor de mais tempo na cidade e se constatar as explicações, além de apreciar a cidade. Também não pára em nenhum mirante para se ter uma melhor da cidade. Voltamos desapontados.
