It ended up being a private tour because the other party didn’t show up. One of my favorite experience on my solo trip. The guide was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my numerous questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

Our tour guide, Davis, was simply amazing! His enthusiasm for art history was evident. He was super knowledgeable and not only knew art practices in English and Spanish, but in German and French as well. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

Rubén was a wonderful tour guide - he brought us through the highlights of the Prado sharing some great history and background to the paintings and the Prado itself. He was very kind with my older mother who travels a bit more slowly, making sure she had time to rest or sit while he explained the paintings. Would highly recommend an outing to the Prado with Ruben!

our guide was nice and friendly. he was passionate to explain and gave information in an attractive way while on the walking tour.
he also contacted us ahead of time on whatsapp and arranged buying the entrance tickets for us to the Prado museum which was very convenient.
the tout didn’t include the price of the entrance tickets which was stated in the description of the tour.

The Prada was very crowded because it was a holiday. I recommend trying to do this tour during the week when it is not a holiday. Our guide was good and knowledgeable but this is such a large museum that if you want to spend time looking at any particular artist, the tour is too short. This was a good intro to the Prada tour but I recommend a much longer tour if you are a real art lover.

Deyvis gave an oustanding tour of the Prado! With such an extensive collection at this museum, he was able to select some of the most salient pieces to give a very well rounded experience in a relatively short time. His expertise and knowledge of the history, iconography and artistic techniques was beyond the pale. Cannot say enough good things about him!

The most memorable part of our Prado tour was our guide not showing up. We arrived 20 minutes before our 10:00 tour at the assigned meeting place, the Goya statue. After waiting until 10:15, and after 3 phone calls, all unanswered, we bought tickets and
toured the Prado on our own. We are owed a full refund.
Be sure to use another company, not Viajes Gran Via.

We apologise but it was a misunderstanding, the guide was there the whole time, waiting for you more than half an hour, he sent us his location and also phoned you, but you didn´t respond.
