We’re sorry the experience felt underwhelming. Our Prado audioguide is designed to cover the permanent collection highlights and the key works that are consistently on display at the museum.
That said, the Prado also hosts temporary and rotating collections that change over time. Those exhibits aren’t included in our audioguide because they’re not permanent, and we can’t control which ones will be available during each visit.
And to be fair, with hundreds of masterpieces in the Prado, it’s simply not possible to cover absolutely everything in one audio tour. 😊

We bought tickets with Audio to have no waiting time. We found we still needed to line up because we could not download out tickets or print them. We did this and finally were given entry..when we got to the top where the audio pack was we were told to go back and stand in the same line to get a ticket for those. We did not bother again. So it would have been better to get the right ticket from them the 1st time. Leave yourself a good 3 to 4 hours to see all.

We queued, the voucher was not recognized as a service provided by another operator and not by the museum. 6 days before I asked for assistance to find out if there was an office of theirs or if I had to change the voicher at the museum ticket office, but I did not receive any answer about it.
