- Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
- From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
- Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
- The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

Great tour with an experienced guide. The stadium grounds and all the memorabilia was great to see as a true Real Madrid fan and is something any soccer fan should go to.

My daughter 11 and son 14 enjoyed the Segway tour and said they would like to do it again. Our guide Allen was wonderful - he was great with the kids too. Highly recommend him.

We went early and it was a private tour. Gigi was very interactive and informative. She was very personable too! We really enjoyed all the tidbits of info she gave us.

We booked an English speaking tour but had to reschedule, we were rebooked by Viator on another tour the following day which was in Spanish. The tour guide was rude when we enquired about what had occurred and were told this is her tour company and nothing could be done. We we given no time throughout the tour as we could not speak Spanish.

Lots of knowledge! So fun walking around the stadium and seeing all the different trophies. Going onto the pitch and sitting on the bench was fantastic. Paul’s was an AWESOME guide

Bernabeu tour, being all indoors, is ok to do on hot summer afternoons. Impressive displays. The tour guide makes the difference as they can add a lot of context. Ours (Gigi) did. That you cannot walk back to spend more time in the museum & you are escorted out at the end of the tour, is not ideal for a true fan.

The tour is great, learned a lot about the Real Madrid however our guide was impolite and almost rude, at one point she said something that we all felt it was too rude.

Experience and Jorge (George) were fantastic. The only negative & my suggestion going forward is that you eliminate children & have an only adults option. There were 2 kids who were rude & loud and their parents used Jorge as their babysitter. It took away from our experience.

Not a soccer fan but seeing all the details that goes into this intense sport was totally impressive. Worth the visit to know the history first hand. And the store at the end was so impressive

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM (Spain time). It is now 3:30 PM, and the guide still hasn’t arrived. I have been waiting for an hour.

It was a very comprehensive tour of the famous stadium. My nephew, a great football fan, loved it. We also visited the locker rooms which was cool. Our guide, Gigi, although originally from Barcelona, was excellent and funny.

Our tour guide GiGi was wonderful and shared lots of history of Real Madrid as we toured the stadium. The tour does not spend as much time in the museum part (so if you're a diehard fan, you may want to go back) but enough time for cool pictures and to see the stadium itself. We were lucky to see the stadium with the grass - was beautiful! Amazing building!

Traffic was terrible so our Uber arrived late.
I tried the chat message feature on the app but nobody responded. I tried the phone number but nobody answered.
When we arrived I was told the tour had started and that there was no way in.
So, I payed for two of us to get in for a self tour and frankly it was great since we took our time without a crowded. No guide needed.

Zero speaking from the guide. No information on the stadium, the teams, the history of Real Madrid. When I mean zero information we could have given back our ear pieces and conducted the tour ourselves. Go direct with the Stadium. Avoid Viator.

Great walk through the stadium and team store. Wish our guide gave some facts, but appreciated the convenience nonetheless. Unfortunately, both the locker room and field were closed but we were still able to get a fairly close view of the field. Overall, everyone enjoyed it.

A somewhat disappointing tour.
One of the main reasons I booked was to see the changing room and walk through the tunnel to the pitch, as advertised. However, both areas were closed due to a match taking place the following day.
Its surprising that the tour company weren't aware of this beforehand, and it should have been made clear to customers that these parts of the tour weren't going to be available - before the tour started. The match scheduled would have been known in advance, so there's no excuse as to why this happened.
Regardless, the guy that lead the tour was good, informative and entertaining. Its just a shame the circumstances ruined the experience.

The guide was very nice and informed. Knowledgeable and interesting. Funny and pleasant. I loved getting close to the grounds of the stadium and going through the areas where the actual players work out and change for their games. There are many stairs at the stadium. There are elevators but not a quick option.

Terrible experience. We booked a tour at 5:45, not 5:30. There was some email correspondence that it was missed, asking for people to be there at 5:30. However, we got there at 5:43, and the person working there said, "Then, the tour guide told him that two groups were missing, but she didn't care if she was going to leave." He was surprised, as usually most tour guides wait at least five minutes. We had to buy a new ticket, and when we got inside, the guide was condescending and humiliated us in front of the rest of the people, as for some reason, it was our fault that she left before 4:45. Another person got there at the same time. We did, and he had to buy his ticket as well.
