This is a fantastic way to take in the history of Real Madrid all while getting to experience what I think is one of the most iconic venues in all of sport. Our guide (Almu) was fantastic.
The stadium its self was great but our suppsidly expert your guide did not really give us much content when in person. We had the headphones in to hear him but literally only said maybe 6 things about the history of the team and that was it, very dry.
Just buy regular tickets to see the your don't get a guide they were not helpful
We didn’t get to go on the tour. They didn’t want to refund me my money back. After I told them I’d be running late. They still refuse to try and at least give me my money back. And we contacted them multiple times that we’d be running a few minutes late. Afterwards, we were able to do the Tour independently because we bought tickets specifically there at the stadium and it actually turned out to be cheaper
This was an amazing tour by Viator. We got to experience what Real Museum and Bernabéu stadium had to offer. Enjoyed this English guided tour and recommend to any non Spanish speaker visiting Madrid and a true fan of Real Madrid.
Jorge our guide was awesome! He did a really great and explaining everything and always added a little sense of humor. The Facilities are very large and he did his best to cover everything.
It was a nice experience. Paula our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable about the history of the players and who build it
Felt rushed. Very little time to stop and look around at the museum area. Guided tour felt like it was guides mission to stay on schedule. Those who want to take their time should book directly at the stadium. Tour company should make some adjustments. If your goal is to get a quick overview of Real Madrid, not stop to look at items in the museum, or take many photos, good tour.
Amazing tour and stadium I highly recommend doing it and most importantly with an English language tour guide
Our guide Paula was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The ability to go thru the tunnel and on the pitch was great.
Excellent Excursion came all the way from holiday home in Barcelona to experience the magnificent Bernabeu
It was really so exciting journey with my nice group and that professional. For me, I will advise my friends and others people who I know to come over to try it.
Tour was good! If you want to really see all the details of the info in stadium may want to how on your own, do a longer tour time or small group. We had to wait for people and then fell behind. Tour guide was knowledgeable but sometimes had a hard time understanding her due to such a strong accent.
Gigi was a great guide - we got to see the stadium and with her great time management made it to the locker room and field with plenty of time. Fun tour for football fans and great way to appreciate football for those less fanatical.
Reschedule this to the day we arrived in From USA. Figured it was the best option to keep us moving. Possibly was a bit too long for us because we were so tired but worth it in the long run.
Got here on time talked to the security check in they had already gone in and wouldn’t let me join the next available even thought it wast full poor management by the staff the ticket u buy doesn’t get u in the door it gets you into the group and if they don’t wait for you you dont get in
Could not find tour guide at meeting location. Did not take the tour. Still paid full price for tour.
Great tour with an experienced guide. The stadium grounds and all the memorabilia was great to see as a true Real Madrid fan and is something any soccer fan should go to.
My daughter 11 and son 14 enjoyed the Segway tour and said they would like to do it again. Our guide Allen was wonderful - he was great with the kids too. Highly recommend him.
My first time to get very disappointed with Viator. Unfair and unreasonable. I will never use this App again because of this very bad experience o had with the operator!
We went early and it was a private tour. Gigi was very interactive and informative. She was very personable too! We really enjoyed all the tidbits of info she gave us.
We booked an English speaking tour but had to reschedule, we were rebooked by Viator on another tour the following day which was in Spanish. The tour guide was rude when we enquired about what had occurred and were told this is her tour company and nothing could be done. We we given no time throughout the tour as we could not speak Spanish.
Lots of knowledge! So fun walking around the stadium and seeing all the different trophies. Going onto the pitch and sitting on the bench was fantastic. Paul’s was an AWESOME guide
Bernabeu tour, being all indoors, is ok to do on hot summer afternoons. Impressive displays. The tour guide makes the difference as they can add a lot of context. Ours (Gigi) did. That you cannot walk back to spend more time in the museum & you are escorted out at the end of the tour, is not ideal for a true fan.
The tour is great, learned a lot about the Real Madrid however our guide was impolite and almost rude, at one point she said something that we all felt it was too rude.
Experience and Jorge (George) were fantastic. The only negative & my suggestion going forward is that you eliminate children & have an only adults option. There were 2 kids who were rude & loud and their parents used Jorge as their babysitter. It took away from our experience.
My son loved the entire experience. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable - can’t wait for the next tour.
Not a soccer fan but seeing all the details that goes into this intense sport was totally impressive. Worth the visit to know the history first hand. And the store at the end was so impressive
Nice tour , unfortunately since it wasn’t the season. The field was under construction but other than that I enjoyed the tour.
Fantastic tour, well worth the money! But be prepared for the amount of stairs involved… and also for the building work going on.
I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM (Spain time). It is now 3:30 PM, and the guide still hasn’t arrived. I have been waiting for an hour.
