Wonderful experience. We visited two small wineries where we had a delicious lunch, tasted many wines, and a few olive oils. All within 30 minutes of Lucca’s city center.

The entire experience was perfect .Simone was a gracious and knowledgeable host and we enjoyed both wineries and the lunch was absolutely delicious as well. The views from the wineries were also part of the splendor.

Great wine experience

Simone was a gracious and excellent host. He drove us to two wineries in the Lucca area. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions. The wineries were different which offered us a variety in tasting. The “light lunch” was excellent and paired well with the wines. The wines were so good we ended up buying wine to ship home from one place and bought a few bottles to take back to our rental from the other. Highly recommend!

Simone went above and beyond to make our private wine tour memorable. He was very knowledgeable and make us feel so welcome. He toured us in the vineyards and we learned about specific vineyard harvesting details and area conditions. We were able to enjoy each winery privately with a representative from ear winery that explained the history and characters of each. Simone booked us two tours at varying wineries, that way we could experience a large and small and compare the two. We had a wonderful afternoon, and will book with Simone again on our next trip!

There aren’t enough words to describe how excellent our experience on this wine tour. We were greeted at the meeting place and driven to the winery. The accommodations for one of our guests were met happily! The education of the region in Tuscany and the wines started during our drive to the vineyard and continued during the tours. Fascinating history! The food served was excellent and presented beautifully. The wine was delicious and it was a joy to taste the variety that was served. Simone was wonderful. The entire group was overwhelmed about the experience! The personal touch of the private tour made it even more special. It truly was one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you so very much!

The tour is the perfect amount of time with a perfect balance of private / intimate experience to taste wines and touring explanations All charcuterie was delicious at both wineries, same with the wines. As a Sommelier, himself, he was able to teach us about the area, the growing methods and what notes we would be tasting in each wine we tried. We couldn’t have been happpier with this tour. The Hills of Lucca are incredibly beautiful as is Montecarlo! I highly recommend this tour with Simone!!
