Small Personal Touch Winery Tour
We didn’t want a multi-winery tour with a bus load of people. Thomas picked the four of us in a van and we traveled from Pisa to a small operation outside of Lucca overlooking the Tuscan hills. The multi-generational run winery has been in operation since 1896. The tour of the self-run operation by Julia was great. We sat outside and enjoyed 4 wines and a wonderful charcuterie board and deserts. We highly recommend this tour unless you want to be part of a large crowd without personal attention. Iowa travelers.

Pisa guided tour
This a well guided walk thru the Pisa compound . It’s crowded….Be sure to bring a credit card to use the toilets - haha
It’s all amazing and the climb up the tower is not difficult as there are viewing windows at each level. Not recommended for small children.

Best Tour So Far
This was far the best tour that we had in Pisa, from the start our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, had loads of enthusiasm and you could tell that she loved her city. I just wish I could remember her name but I put this down to my age!! We actually went over to the south of the river (The Old Town) which was very interesting & we loved the Murals. I would also say it was good value for money too.
I would definitely recommend to family/friends.

Unforgettable Walking Tour of Pisa!
Our guide, Dawid, was absolutely fantastic – knowledgeable, passionate, and with a great sense of humor. He brought the history of Pisa to life in the most engaging way. Everything was organized professionally, with the perfect pace and a great selection of sights. Highly recommended – this wasn’t just a tour, it was a journey through time

Delightful, Delicious and Low-key Food Experience
There is a LOT of great food, so don’t eat much beforehand. Marta was a great guide, giving us some history and describing architecture and customs. We were a group of four and had a delightful time getting to know the couple from Ireland that we were with. It was five courses with not a lot of walking between them, in the older section of Pisa. A great introduction to the city!

A perfect day.
Our driver, Amelia (I think this is how she spells her name) was amazing. She shared so much local history and highlights, it set the perfect stage for the day.
The winery itself is beautiful. The tour was a perfect length prior to the tasting. We loved hearing about the history of the winery and the making of the wine.
The tasting was so fun. We had 3 groups for a total of 7 people. We all laughed and shared stories. It felt like we were all friends. We were so relaxed being able to taste each wine slowly. We never felt rushed.
I cannot recommend this tour enough. The pricing is very fair for all you get. It was a perfect day for us.
