Great tour. Anderson Tours kept everything on schedule. Temb, the guide, was very personable, informative and professional. He distributed informational pamphlets and maps. The van was exceptionally clean and maintained. NaNa, the driver, navigated the routes quickly and safely. He also helped my granddaughter find her lost earbud. You will be riding in the van for approximate 2 hours each direction but the sites are amazing! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the tour, but the Cliffs of Dover need more time to explore. I think they should give more time to that spot and reduce the amount of time they give at the first stop.

Seeing Stonehenge was a wonderful experience and Bath was a delight. My only negative reaction was the bus/van, which seemed designed for children to sit comfortably. My legs had to dangle in the aisle because my knees could not manage the space.

We do sometimes put smaller groups on 19 or 29 seater vehicles if there are not many people booked that day. Small groups have an advantage of being more personal but less spacious.

Helena was a great tour guide! The trip went as planned. Good communication from Anderson tours prior to the trip as well. Easy to message in the Viator app and get questions answered. Stonehenge is a must-see. Bath was beautiful!

Bath and Stonehenge are wonderful. Viator sent us far out of our way to meet our tour and then we weren't on their list.

Due to an issue with the API you were not on the list, but you were on the Viator system. Our guide called to check with us in the morning and we confirmed your booking to her. There was no significant delay, simply a phone call.
There are 5 different pickup points that you can chose from and this is stated on the Viator ticket. You are default set to the final location but could have requested a different one.

Happy that we got to experience Stonehenge and Bathe. We went in January, it was chilly but less crowded, so well worth it. On our bus we had a small group. During the drive they provided history of Stonehenge and Bathe which was excellent. The time we had at Stonehenge was about an hour, and was enough time to walk around the stones and take pictures. Bathe, is a town and going on the tour was great to experience, however it is a place rich is history, so I could actually spend 2 full days there, purchasing a walking tour. There is a city under the streets. The history of Bathe is really interesting and hopefully will be able to go back to spend more time.

Scheduling disaster. Our trip got cancelled. Had to pick an alternate and then bus didn’t show as scheduled. We gave up and ate the money. Never again with this tour company.

Stonehenge and Bath were great! Our tour guide-Shane-awful. Gave us continuous wrong info-culminating in telling us we could easily catch a taxi where the bus left us, “ less than five minute wait,” according ti Shane. We were there over an hour and saw 2 taxis that were taken-a stire owner eventually helped us. We are 70 and this ruined the whole experience a-I will be contacting you.

Sorry to hear you struggled to get a taxi at the end of the tour but this is not on Viator or Anderson Tours.
We accommodated you and your mobility scooter on the coach, at Stonehenge and ordered a lift pass for you at the Roman Baths so you could enjoy this attraction using the scooter.
Shane is one of our guides that regularly gets 5 star reviews so we are surprised to hear you are unsatisfied with him. This was after you tipped him £20 and generally had a good day. The main issue seems to be that it took a long time to get a taxi to your hotel at the end of the tour. This is because you needed a particular kind of cab to accommodate the scooter.
For this tour we are able to make provisions for customers with mobility issues and did so at each location. We are sorry to hear you had issues with London taxis at the end.

First, I would like to thank Shane, our guide, for a fun day!
The combo tour was well worth it. The coach drive was lovely and Stonehenge is fancinating and set in a beautiful, countryside location.
Bath is a great city and we were lucky to visit during a street festival which added to the experience. We would suggest adding the entrance to the Roman Bath. After all, it is the foundation of the city.

Fantastic trip. Stonehenge is amazing! We were very impressed with how well it is organized and how quickly they transport everyone back and forth to the site. Bath is a beautiful town. We enjoyed exploring it. Very Romanesque! We also, Loved seeing the Roman Baths!

Driver has not turned on AC till the coach got to the Bath. It was very hot day. The driver drove in the city of Bath for 40mins, so we had only little time to look around either before or after visit the Bath. We supposed to have at least one hour to walk around before visiting the Bath. We did not enjoy the tour in the city of bath.
The driver did not drive careful enough. The guide fell down on the floor after he did hard brake.

Our guide had a lot of interesting info to share and was very kind and funny. The minibus we traveled in was fairly comfortable although with my long legs there wasn't a lot of legroom (my knees were banging against the seat in front of me) and the AC was ice cold even after we turned the temperature up. But still, a much better ride than others I've been on.
Not a lot of time to see and explore Stonehenge or Bath so felt a bit rushed but it's understandable considering how much time is spent on just getting there. If you had your own car you could've spent a whole day or more just walking around Bath.

I enjoyed this trip, but it was not without hiccups. Anderson tours didn't have our booking in their list. Time was wasted at Stonehenge while the quide contacted her office. There was not enough time at Stonehenge particularly because it is summer holidays and was extremely busy. There was also not enough at the roman baths.
