Sally- our guide was excellent! Really helped bring the Abbey to life. Terrific option for seeing this important site.
This is a no hassle booking with an experienced guide that allows you to venture through this historic set of sites while providing information throughout that is informative. Highly recommended
Our tour guide Pamela was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. We were left to look at certain areas in our own time, so the whole experience was very relaxed.

My family of four (me, husband, 15 yr old son and 13 yr old daughter) took the tour. I enjoyed the tour and learning all of the history and stories, but it was a little boring for my kids. I would say this tour would be amazing for adults, but if you have kids, even older ones who aren't super interested in history and architecture, maybe explore the Abbey on your own. Again, our guide was very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed the tour!
Guide was very knowledgeable about the area and the Abbey. A must do for all visiting London for the first time!

Our tour guide was fairly bland, and there could have been a LOT of amazing true stories told. The entire experience could have been much more exciting. We were underwhelmed and would not use this tour company or guide again.

I am sorry that this tour didn't meet your expectation. One of our three regular guides led this tour and this is the first time that we have received a negative review; however people look for different things. In the aftermath of the Queen's funeral the Abbey is extremely busy at the moment and it is possible that affected the experience too. Reviews are seen by us all so your feedback will be taken on board.
Pamela put your guide was amazing! Definitely knew her history. We had a great time. I’m so glad we booked the tour. There is a lot to see. We also skipped the line.

Our guide had wonderful stories that made the tour even better. She also called me as we got lost arriving to the departure and steered me in the right direction. She was perfectly lovely.
Our Guide was absolutely fantastic we were the only ones booked on and she really made it feel like we were on a private tour. Extremely knowledgeable and we appreciated the little things she pointed out that we would of missed on our own. Couldn’t fault it
