Not a great way to start a vacation.

My flight arrived on time and we cleared customs and immigration quickly. I showed up a the designated meeting point and the driver was not there. I tried to call the customer service number that is listed and I only got the standard elevator music with no answer. The driver finally showed up after 30 min and took me to an older KIA Rio. The ad shows a Mercedes Benz and the price I paid was a Mercedes price. The driver told me she will not show up early because her employer will not reimburse her parking fees over a specific amount of time. I should have just taken a taxi. Never with this company again.

London was great, but your service was a no show after deducting payment for a service that I did not receive. I am still waiting for my refund. I had a party of 8 from the United States and had to scramble at the last minute for transportation.
