We found the audio guide...

We found the audio guide to be informative, used the printed map all the time. The app opened very slowly so we were constantly being delayed in getting on at stops to show our tickets. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. HOWEVER...We did oversee one concerning situation. At one stop, another hop on hop off bus company salesperson was working with a family, and one of your employees was yelling so loudly we could hear her from inside the bus. She was angry that the gentleman "stole" the family from her, and kept telling them to not listen to him! She was making me very uncomfortable for their sake, a family on holiday/vacation looking to get tickets for a bus tour and being accosted by her was so unprofessional. She was so immature; she was screaming at him, at the family, on the phone with whom i presume was her boss, even the shopkeeper of the store she was standing in front of. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT choose your company!

Buss service stopped...

Disappointed due to significant disruptions and delays that ruin the experience..

I want it understood that due to the demonstration we didn't enjoy our experience at all.. we was stuck in traffic jams for up to two hours.. In addition the noise levels outside made it difficult to follow the automatic recorded tour. This was nothing akin to my previous experiences with the company.

It was not a “live” tour. We had difficulty connecting to the description and it didn’t seem like the tour description was customized. It became a way to get around versus a tour.

Horrible. Two buses ignored us at correct stop. Two times bus stopped for no reason and had to get on another bus. Their app is hard yo navigate and not accurate. Bus stops are not announced by number. Commentary is limited and coarse. Don’t book tootbus

This is a really good way...

This is a really good way to get to see landmarks and areas of the city. It's convenient to get off to walk around and get back on later to continue the tour. An audio track is available to plug into, and headphones are provided. We opted for the river tour as well, and the commentary provided by the boat operator was entertaining. He also made an effort to speak slowly and clearly for people who were unfamiliar with the language/accent or who had trouble hearing. Much appreciated!

It's the best way to get around London. We loved it. They don't seen to have as many busses as some of the other ones so sometimes we had to wait a bit, but there were hardly anyone on them so for me that's better. Operators are great and super friendly. I'd use them again.

Disappointing Bus Services

Our experience was terrible. We bought a 2 day pass. We used the bus 1 time got off and tried to get back on at multiple stops and the Toot bus never came. We wait over 30 minutes at each stop and no Toot bus came to the stop. We waisted much of our precious time waiting then resorting to Uber or walking long distances to get where we needed to be. On our second day we attempted to try again. This time a Toot bus was stopped and waiting for passengers. I struggled finding my pass standing in front of the open doors to the bus. The driver proceeded to shut the doors on us as we told him I was looking for my electronic ticket. Strongly not recommending Toot bus service very dissatisfied.

TOOTBUS was NOT a good experience!

Do NOT use TOOTBUS. We arrived in London yesterday, and we went to the bus stop at Green Park to catch TOOTbus because we already had purchased tickets online. We were there for 30 minutes, and no TOOTbus arrived. There were no workers at the stop. There were workers from the other buses (BigBus, Topview) , but no TOOTbus. We set out to explore on foot. The next morning, we went to Gloucester Road to hop on the TOOTbus, but no TOOTbus ever arrived. TOOTbus 214 buzzed us as we waved, but it never slowed down. Again, there were no TOOTbus workers around. However, there were two very helpful work rs from other buses. We needed up going with BigBus. We hopped on in 5 minutes and had a wonderful day! I was very disappointed in TOOTbus.

Excellent way to see the highlights of London.

This was the best hop-on hop-off bus package we've ever been on and we've been on many! The bus rides were extensive and covered much of London, however we did find the narration to be lacking. The cruise on the Thames was terrific and the crew's commentary throughout the ride was exceptional which made the trip fantastic. We would highly recommend this trip to everyone visiting London for only a couple of days.

Beautiful way to see the city! The signing up on Viator picks the bus line you are on. I didn’t get the one I wanted….that was in the photo. But there are over 8 bus line to choose from. They all go to basically the same places. We had fun & accomplished our purpose. I also will go on hop on hop off in Dublin, Belfast & Edinburgh🚐🚍🚌

Very long wait times for bus in the morning (45 minutes at two separate stops). Audio guide is terrible (would not sync to location of bus, so we had no idea what sights we were seeing). Poor value.
