Please note that Stop 1 – Green Park is currently affected by a long-term closure of the main bus stand. While the Blue and Red Tours will continue to pass through this stop, boarding is impacted. As a result, the Red Tour now starts and ends at Stop 2 – Hard Rock. Customers are advised to board from this location.
Cruises run every 15–40 minutes in summer, and every 30–40 minutes in winter
Buses run every 10–20 minutes in summer and every 15–30 minutes in winter
You can pre-book your time slot for the Tower of London after booking. Due to high demand and limited availability, especially during peak times, we recommend retrieving your booking and selecting your time slot as soon as possible via the Big Bus APP or Webiste. Alternatively, you can book your time slot with a member of the Big Bus team on the day. Once you have selected your time slot through the Big Bus Manage My Booking portal, you can download your ticket and head straight to the Tower of London, St Katharine's & Wapping, London EC3N 4AB.

This trip was a nightmare. We were on the bus for three hours trying to get to our Tower of London tour. On the same road for an hour and did not make our tour! No mention of earphones so we had no idea what was going on. No information by driver on anything. Wasted day in London!! Three travelers not happy!!

Not worth the cost

This was a terrible experience from late buses to operators who said they sent messages (but never did). We spent almost $500 on this package and barely benefited from it. I suppose in hindsight I should’ve considered traffic but it was ridiculous. We waited 35 minutes for one bus that took over an hour to get across town. We barely made our London Tower trip and given that this takes 2 hours we had no time for the river cruise. The operator(s) said we couldn’t reschedule even though everything that happened up until that point was out of our control. For this cost we used the bus three times and did the London Tower. I could’ve done all of this on my own for half the price. Bottom line: getting the bus tickets are enough. Don’t book anything extra.

Extremely disappointing! Arrived during the Extinction Rebellion with many routes closed. No notice from Viator about the interruption of services. Had to walk considerable distance to get to a bus. Staff was not helpful in anyway and appeared to be a real effort to answer any questions and certainly did not share the interruption of services prior to validating the tickets. Only able to ride the bus one day of a two day pass.

Haben BigBus mit 'Tower of London' gebucht. Es war alles gut, jedoch war auf der Bootstour kein eGuide was nicht so schlimm war, hätte mich aber gefreut.
