The audio that was downloaded only worked itermittently. There was no need to “skip the lineup” as there was no lineup!

This is a fantastic place to visit and it’s free however, my experience with Viator was disappointing due to how this app is marketed. Queues are to be expected, and I have no issue waiting. What I do have an issue with is the implication that this app allows you to skip queues or provides some form of guided access it does not. There is no guide included. You simply download an app and guide yourself. When I showed the pass to staff, they were unaware of it, and I was told I would need to use a different entry point which wasn’t clearly explained. In reality, I still had to wait in the same queue as everyone else. The attraction itself is free to the public, yet I paid £17.50 for something that offered no real benefit. This is not my first experience with this company, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Don’t be misled by the marketing it does not deliver what it suggests.

The museum was very crowded and there were no need to buy this so called fast access pass since you ended up standing in the same line with everybody else. And the audio app was a garbage.

I purchased this to skip the large queue, however the museum said the Viator ticked was invalid, so we had to wait in the large queue anyway. The audio tour requires you to have your own headphones, which was not made clear, so we could not even utilise this. Viator have refused to refund this, complete waste of money. Very unhappy, will not book anything with Viator in the future.

I bougth tickets for Natural History Museum London and I found out from museum workers that this is a scam and this platform has nothing to do with the museum! I had to stay in the queue with my baby for an hour. Disgusting scammers!!!!

Bought tickets for family, joined long line of ticket holders to be told on arrival at the check-in that the tickets were not valid!!!! Extremely embarrassing and upsetting for all!!!!

It was very complicated from the purchase until receiving the tickets, 6 hours later. Instead of receiving the pdf as they said, we had to download an app , create an account, download a file, which then we could not open. So it was just the ticket (which is actually free). I thought it would be a real guide, as a down payment and then at will.
