    This was the most disappointing experience of my life. I had booked 11 tickets in advance, but unfortunately, the bus was full at the time of departure, and I was unable to secure seats for all of us on the same bus. Despite the booking, the team initially asked us to wait for the next bus, but this was delayed by over 30 minutes. We did not get seats on the next two buses either. Eventually, we were offered 7 seats on a single bus, and I was forced to have my young children sit on the floor, which was deeply embarrassing for both me and my family, especially since we had booked tickets together. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, as if they were doing us a favor by providing us with seats. During our wait, I noticed that staff members seemed more focused on assisting passengers with spot bookings, which made me question the purpose of online reservations. If the goal is to ensure a smooth and convenient journey for all passengers who book tickets together, this experience clearly fell short. In hindsight, booking the tickets online was a mistake, and I regret the entire experience.

    After payments and confirmation...only to get there and discover that they were not operating... Had to pay for another bus tour with another company

    Disorganised!!!! One of the workers arab's man very rude and not helpful at all! The bus driver is well manners! Not so many christmas light! Boring tour!

    The Bus was dirty with rubbish on the floor, some of the seats were ripped and taped up. The actual sightseeing was not what I had expected there were better routes on other providers. There was no commentary, Christmas music was played through the earbuds. I was very disappointed as for the three of us it cost nearly AUS $200. Would not recommend Top View.
