This is the last time I will ever use this company to tour anywhere that offers tours.. customer service is awful and too drigid.

On the day of your tour, our team did try to accommodate your late arrival. After waiting for 42 minutes and attempting to reach you, we had to begin the tour to ensure a smooth experience for all our other guests. We understand this may have been frustrating, but as a timed event with other participants, we have to adhere to a schedule to respect everyone’s time.Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you on a future tour for a more positive experience.

The starting point was changed by email on the afternoon of the Silent Disco Tour. We didn’t see the email as we were already up in London celebrating the 1st December. We walked 30 minutes to the new starting point but the tour had already departed and there was no way of contacting the guides. 14 of us were left behind. Totally embarrassing for our organiser. We have been promised a full refund though and managed to have some special times together without the tour’s help.

Walking through the remembrance gardens with all the lighted rose donations it was surreal and very beautiful, we listened to silent night. I would Highly recommend.
