First Bad Experience with Viator

The company forgot us! They did not reply to a message sent to them. Finally reached someone via phone. We waited one hour and 45 minutes at Heathrow before the driver showed up.

The driver was courteous and drove safely, which I appreciated. However, I was given a smaller vehicle than what I had originally requested and paid for. Additionally, the vehicle was electric and the windows were kept down instead of using the air conditioning, which made the ride uncomfortable due to the hot weather. Overall, the ride was okay, but the vehicle and comfort level did not meet expectations.

No service but no refund!?

Our flight got cancelled so I messaged the tour operator we will need to cancel because we won’t get to Heathrow the date we booked this trip. They just messaged me 24h after to say they can’t give me a refund. I called Viator to document that I needed to cancel and they sent your company the email, and you still denied me a refund. Flight cancellations happen and this should be a very reasonable excuse to give me my money back
